Review based on behaviour on the road from a driver, extremely bad and rude.

Rang first thing about a drain blockage stopping us from using the washing machine. The office let me know 15 mins in advance that Keith was on his way. Job done in 5 minutes flat but he stayed to jet the outside drains and cleared a grease blockage we had no idea was building up outside. Super happy.

Robbin people is all they do and when a hose blew up in my face was left to make my own way home from the country after being in the hospital for hours and again robbed me of Wat I was owed by them my back week and my Christmas weeks wages

Had a problem with storm water drains Sunday morning. Called DD, they had someone on site within one hour.
Paul attended and I can only complement his service. Totally professional and helpful, very helpful with information I need to contact Irish water.

Their Limerick team fitted a soil waste pipe for us. They did a truly terrible job. The only used 1 clip to attach it to the side of the wall and didn't bother fitting it around the roof eave! Just screwed it into fascia at a weird angle. Not surprisingly after less than 6 months the single clip came out. It's now at an even more precarious angle and threatening to fall into the church yard next to us. Also the smell is a nightmare. We've contacted Drain Doctor multiple times over multiple months asking them to please come out but to no avail. I'm hoping to God we can get it fixed by someone else before it falls on someones wedding or funeral!

We had an emergency really bad leak we had no idea where it was coming from, we phoned a few emergency places but no one was available on this day. Luckily we found this place, the customer service was brilliant, Paul came straight away and could spot where the problem was immediately and fixed it within an hour. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

I've used one company to unblock my drains three times in one year. Today I contacted John. He was here in a promised 1 hour . He explained so clearly what the problem was ..Thank Sean & John . I will certainly be recommending you to everyone. And I even got a receipt of payment..

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I called this morning panicking about my blocked drain and they had someone out to me within 2 hours. Paul was brilliant. Had the blockage sorted within minutes, made sure everything was running perfectly, cleaned everything up and gave me some helpful tips and guidance. So happy with this service. I'll definitely be back.

I called the Galway 1800 number on Friday 10th March 2023 and spoke to a guy who asked me to send my Eircode to a mobile number and he would get to me that day. I sent the Eircode and received no response. Tried ringing both the mobile number and the 1800 number several times throughout the day and got no answer - in fact it sounded like the person was rejecting my calls. Gave up in the end. Very disappointing as I had heard such good reviews about Drain Doctor - must not have been the Galway branch they were talking about.
