Dramashorts is a big SCAM

Dramashorts is a big SCAM. They tried to fraudulently take more than the agreed payment from my account, I didn’t authorize the extra transactions 19.19€, 14.99€(paypal) 15.77€, 15.77€(Revolut) , they put me through the stress of getting another bank card payment after my bank froze my card and notified me of their fraudulent transactions . Although, money was refunded after I complained to my bank and PayPal .

Truth be told, they have amazing films but transparency is key. I also realized I am not the first victim as there are lots of similar complaints online. Be transparent about your policy then we will happily enjoy your movies without fear of unauthorized charges…..

I only wanted the 2-week subscription…

I only wanted the 2-week subscription (€8.49) and instead got charged for 3 different subscriptions (€19.19, €8.49 & €14.99). I made the purchase online and when I found the subscription page I could only find 2 of them, which I've now cancelled, but would still like a refund of all 3 subscriptions (which 2 I have never agreed to pay) and help cancelling the other one. Now I'm even afraid I'd get charged more in a week or two or wouldn't even get a refund for what I didn't consent but got charged...

Scamming money collecting system

The way they take money feels really unfair. It’s very expensive for the quality of the content — much more than Netflix or Disney+. You pay a subscription just to access the app, and then there are extra charges for less than a minute of each episode. It honestly feels like a complete rip-off.

I was mislead and they collected money…

I was mislead and they collected money in my account 4 times within minute. I used my apple pay to pay less than £1 then suddenly 3 more payments automatically deducted from mu account within minute, pls help me how to get my money back. Also I have difficulty of cancelling my subscription as it was purchased through facebook. I couldn’t fine it in my subscription apple account. Now I’m scare that they might take
money again after a week subscription. They collected £8.49 then £14.99 then £19.19 how on earth they managed to
collect this .. Pls help how to get my refund.

Very good movies

After charging me $8 something for a week 1 minute later they charged me $16 something that I did not authorize and I still can’t see a full short film! This has to be a scam! I’d like a full refund and I’d suggest nobody purchase any of this sites!
