Stopped and they still take money
I took out a abonnement for one week. After that they kept taking money out of my bankaccount. They are not responding to my emails anymore.
I feel very disappointed and angry.

FAULS ADVERTISING
The same that happened to Rachel happened to me too… it’s false advertising. I thought I was just gonna pay £8 for two weeks and that would be it… not an additional £35 for two weeks later tgat involves some sort of welcoming package and the original subscription price like that’s ridiculous stick to your words! £8 for two weeks should be a one of payment!
I find it ridiculous that you also have to email to get a refund back but the one positive I do have to say is they are very quick to email back and issuing refund.
The refund isn’t quick tho… possibly up to 10 days dunno whose fault that is but with society as a whole going somewhat cashless are using more bank transfers you’d expect it to be quicker🙄

I would give zero stars if I could
Hi there, they offered a free trial at 8.49 for2 weeks, thats not free but I understood I would charged again for 23.99 in 2 weeks or I could cancel.
Then once I was in I was offered another subscription for 20.99 and it gave you the option to select continue without, I chose that one and then another page loaded on top with no selections and no information or pricing and then onto the movie, this is where I believe they added 14.99 but I had no info or control.
I checked me account and they charged 14.99 so in total I was charged 23.48 so they actually charge you the amount that you will get charged in 2 weeks but will charge you again then as well.
I highly recommend that you dont use these people as you dont know what your getting, you have no control what your getting they falsely advertise, then probably say it was the original amount that you would get charged, they add things without telling you and you have to email them to cancel and get a refund. I dont understand why they have to conduct their business like this nor would I think that any of their up and coming actors would like to be associated with the viewers being ripped off. I just paid 23.48 for 1hr of viewing. What's worse I had no protection they were just taking money without me even knowing. They shouldn't be allowed to take more undisclosed amounts just because you took out a subscription. Please stop doing this.
