After starting our compliance journey with Drata, the bundled audit went horrible. Drata said they were unable to do anything about it and recommended me to work it out with the auditor. If that wouldn't lead to anything they told us they'd get us another auditor.
Eventually, after many weeks of waiting, they helped us switched to another auditor. The sad truth though is that we had lost a deal in the process.
