I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Appalling company, avoid. They take your money but do not deliver and just make you waste time trying to get what you have paid for. Full details below.

Order for three sets of wardrobe drawer inners was placed on 25/09/2018 advertised with a 4 day delivery time. After hearing nothing for a month (no response to numerous emails or ever answering the phone) a bad review was left on trust pilot. A useful response was only made following the review; this led to the first items being delivered on 09/11/2019, one and a half months after the order was placed.

However the drawer runners were not included with this delivery. I have sent daily emails and received 12 emails between 14/12/2018 and 26/02/2018 all stating that the runners would be dispatched that evening (including one email stating they had been dispatched). There is still no sign of the order and they have now stopped responding to any emails.

After sending over 50 emails to this company and getting no useful replies I am at loss what to do next.

Mediocre product, many delays in delivering, no apologies - literally parts missing, got mis-delivered, more parts missing, got mis-delivered (same problem) twice. Not a single apology. Cheap for a reason, avoid.

Ordered an internal drawer over a month ago. Had several promises of delivery by email and phone but not arrived. Requested refund but no response. Now not accepting my calls. Contact form on website not working. Reported to Blum.

I agree with some of the comments below about long lead times and incomplete deliveries. However I've ordered from them twice and will do so again, as I think the quality of the units is acceptable for the price, and they are easy to assemble (the first time without any instructions).

the drawers are what i needed and on an excellent price bt the dispatching process is too slow that i have to call my kitchen fitter again n have to pay extra for his services

I found the selection of products excellent and great information on the site about each, including the spacers, options, etc which are very useful to know when you're planning a project and which I find other websites lack.

I was able to pick out a set of matching shelves to different depths that I couldn't find anywhere else. Everything was delivered quickly. I'm impressed by the quality of the material and instructions, with basic DIY skills I got them assembled and installed quite easily. I've been using the shelves for months now and haven't had an ounce of trouble.

Ordered a wall cabinet for the kitchen as I was running short of storage space.
A good price for the item and came with fitting instructions which were easy to follow for a novice DIYer like myself.

Awful service, took 3 attempts to deliver all components. Upgraded the drawers we ordered, (not sure whether this was to compensate or because they couldn't supply what was ordered) and then did not send all fitting instructions, despite several requests. Drawer fronts poor quality, 40% of predrilled holes in carcass were in the wrong place. Unhelpful on the phone and ignored emails. Will definitely not use again.

Impressed with quality and Service purchased bespoke drawer unit which was of excellent quality for a great price, I would not hesitate to recommend Drawer Solutions. So pleased with result.
