Good to deal with, helpful and I have a product I am satisfied with. The drawer runners seem a bit flimsy though, I have a feeling they may break in the not too near future.

I ordered 3 bespoke draws with there very easy to use internet ordering explaining everything .The draws were delivered quick they were effeciantly protected came with instructions just incase your not that savy so it was easy to follow but i did discover 2 long indented scratch marks on the draw bottoms but never the less it was ok as i could use the other side to these .The draws were good qaulity very strong and sturdy i would defo use this company again for future jobs made my life easier .

Very pleased with the 4 sets of wardrobe drawers I ordered. The drawers themselves are far more sturdy than I was expecting and seem well built. Customer service was helpful from initial contact and delivery turnaround was quick....I am planning to use the company again and would have no hesitation in recommending them

I had 10 drawers for a kitchen, some pan drawers with extensions. excellent products and service. The backs and base's were cut perfectly with very clean cuts. The prices were a lot less than I could purchase the bits for. Enquired at a weekend and received the quote on the Sunday.
I would highly recommend to any one.

Quick turnaround - I was in need urgently of 3 internal drawers and in one phone call was able to arrange a non-standard/bespoke size drawer with this company. They went from order to delivery in days to tie in with when the kitchen fitter was coming. Exemplary service and the product was also of high quality. Thanks!

A slight confusion when I thought I had placed the order when in fact the company was waiting for my confirmation, the cutlery tray arrived and fit our kitchen unit perfectly, the only downside is that postage being a bit hefty at £7, apart from that, great

When the drawers finally arrived they were great - high quality, sturdy, all the pieces included etc. But the part of the website where it suggests they will be with you in 2 days is not entirely accurate. When they had not arrived after a few days I got in touch and received a curt response saying they were awaiting packaging. My further attempts to contact the company were ignored until I finally received a message from the courier saying they would be delivered the next day. The next day, I received another message from the courier saying they had not received the goods and therefore would not be delivering them... Drawers finally arrived after nearly 2 weeks. Would not order from them again, despite the drawers themselves being great.

Waited well over 1 month for bedroom drawer units and certainly wasn't worth the wait. I'd assumed all that time would have created a precision product. Instead I am now in possession of quite possibly the worst product ever manufactured. None of the pre drilled holes are in the right places so none of the sides line up at 90 degrees.

Instructions were very poor - a bad photocopy that didn't allow individual parts to be identified. Eventually I realised they didn't relate to the product I'd been sent, so had to revert to manufacturers website to work out how the runners worked and how these should be fitted.

I could probably have done this badly myself in mdf and at least had a better quality material. Not sure what to do now - I'm reticent to ignore the cam and bolts and simply screw everything together as the chipboard probably won't hold. Using the cam and bolt system I cannot get the units true so they are not fit for purpose.

Suggest that anyone considering purchasing from this company finds an alternate supply. If you are interested in giving to charity there are more deserving causes and the end result will certainly not be worth the energy required to try to get these units working. Awful.

Would not purchase from this company again. Goods arrived later than promised & with missing components (which to be fair were shipped out promptly after reporting this by email). Even as a competent DIY person assembly was a nightmare. The instructions did not in any way match the parts, the parts were different from their descriptions and the assembly method described could not be followed. Tried calling the company many times re the missing bits and re the assembly but never got an answer & always had to communicate by email with inevitable delays in responses. Once assembled (6 hours to figure it out & do it) the product does seem sturdy but the overall experience was ghastly. Will definitely shop elsewhere in future.

Ordered a 4-drawer base unit from drawersolutions primarily because I needed it in a close-matching wood finish rather than the usual white available in high-street sellers and because of the price I thought it would be ready-made. Was given a delivery date so worked around this to have everything ready. Received an email shortly before saying that due to 'machine problems' the order would be delayed and we were were offered a 10% refund as an apology. Unsurprisingly two delivery dates came & went, the phone was never answered and emails went un-replied to. Fearing that we would be left high & dry ended up buying an off-the-shelf unit from B&Q to allow us to finish the work. The unit from drawer solutions then arrived...

First-off the unit came in 3 flat-pack packages with illegible photocopies of instructions), corners were scuffed (not too important as it was an under-base unit). The fixings used were inferior to those in the B&Q unit (remembering that B&Q's was half the price). Holes for the drawers did not match the cheap runners (which were not 'soft-close' as advertised), the top drawer runners were too close to the top to allow the drawer to be installed. I ended up using the better quality parts from B&Q, measuring up my own holes and only used the frame from drawersolutions.

Very bad 'customer experience' from drawersolutions, needless to say I got no reply when asking about my 10% back. I get the impression, though I stand to be corrected, that the company is a 'one-man' business run from an office in Luton (he seems to run an IT business as well) so I suspect he just buys in from other cheap suppliers, not the impression given on the website.

Ordered 2 drawers. No confirmation of payment, even days after had been received. No confirmation of delivery date after several email requests. They don't answer the phone or respond to answer machine messages. Took nearly 2 weeks to get response (which ignored my explicit demand for refund), then 4 days for refund to get into my hands, after numerous threats. Just a total Mickey mouse outfit and absolutely no respect for their customers.

I ordered & paid for goods from this company in January, I was given 2 dates for delivery after chasing them up,from the 9th of January they will not answer the phone or reply to emails,
