I thought it was quite easy to change my contact details but I have not so far been able to see the letter you sent.
Well on time, and the procedure was carried out professionally and with care.

Most people with the technology will appreciate the NHS's efforts in this respect. There will of course be some resistance to this move but I feel that time and experience will overcome sny objection.

Following a recent fall I was given an appointment at my local fracture clinic for the following day to have my arm put into a plaster cast. DrDoctor then sent me several reminders about my appointment and in every single message I was told that my appointment was virtual and that I did not need to attend in person! What on earth was I expected to do, watch a video and then plaster my own arm maybe? Total rubbish
I suddenly receive a text message mentioning NHS Humber and asking me to read a letter, closely followed by a reminder. I did what I normally do and tried to look on Patient Access and on NHS login, there was nothing there. I returned to the text and discovered it was asking for name DOB etc - I have always been told not to give this info to unknown contacts. How are people expected to trust in something they have had no notification of? Why do we need a third separate login process for people who are already dealing with illness?
Everything is explained on the pages visited which is very excellent and reassuring. to a oldie oldlie like myself am 80 yrs it is great to find out on here and find how easy it is to complete everything that is ask. A super place to find out everything you need to know.
