You sent wrong size mattress you sent a double for the king soze bed then for got to deliver it with bed it finally come and it's a double one

Great service. Good communication and very quick and informed delivery.

I ordered the bed on Boxing Day, emailed customer services because I had queries, very prompt helpful replies to each email. The bed was then delivered within a week, I had an email confirming the delivery date, then the 2 hour window was sent by text, then the delivery driver called 40 minutes before. Delivery is to your door, that is detailed on the website. The bed is well made, sturdy and exactly as described, I ordered a gas lift bed and it’s fantastic. The colour is perfect.

Fantastic bed, arrived quickly and my daughter absolutely loves it. Well made but could maybe do with slightly clearer instructions. Easy to work out but missed a step because the image wasn’t clear. The bed itself is 10/10 though and communication was spot on throughout. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed by this company, I’ve just had to write a review.
I’d have never heard of them before, so was a bit cautious when ordering, as the price was so good and I wondered if it was too good to be true!

My worries were quickly eased after a couple hours of me making my order, when I received an email from the company asking if I wanted free next day delivery. I was very impressed by this service and accepted the speedy and free delivery!

This got me so much more excited than I already was to receive my bed, knowing I only had to wait a day and didn’t need to pay anything for it! Not often you get that type of treatment as a customer.

That evening, I received a text message confirming the time slot my delivery is expected to arrive, and the next morning I received a phone call from my delivery driver telling me they were on their way and gave me a rough ETA.

Again, I’ve never had this type of service so I’ve just been so impressed with everything overall.

The driver carried the parts inside to my hallway as when I asked if there are assembly instructions he explained that there are non, however all I’ll need to do is email the company for a demonstration video. I did in fact request this, however in the meantime I managed to figure out how to put the bed together as it really was that easy to do! (For context I’m a 26 year old female and I didn’t require any help to assemble the bed and in total, it took me around 30 mins - 1 hour, no longer than that!

The bed itself looks brilliant and the mattress is just so comfortable. I’ve had the best nights sleep since getting my new bed and I’m over the moon.

Not that I had any issues, I feel confident in that that if there was something wrong with my order/product, they will be extremely helpful and speedy in resolving my issue.

Thank you dream bed makers for a such a pleasant experience!!!! I will definitely be coming back should I need to make any future bed purchases. And if you’re unsure on whether to trust this company, or make the purchase - just do it! You won’t regret it.

Ordered on Wednesday and delivered for free on Friday. You really can't say fairer than that for a bed that's handmade to order and cheaper than everywhere else.

OK I never managed to get through to the 01924 number on their website, but I got good email comms and a time slot for Friday delivery, plus the mobile of the delivery driver, who called me when he was about an hour away.

My son loves his new bed, and my daughter will be wanting one soon now too, so I'll be definitely ordering again.

Updates on delivery times, a call before delivery to give me a time. Bed easy to put together. A handmade bed that well built and absolutely beautiful to look at and sleep in.

A very good divan base for a very competitive price. Delivered quickly and although there were some missing legs it was resolved very quickly by email with the missing bits delivered by first class post.
