Placed order, confirmed my order next day by email, I suggested a delivery date and time - no problem all sorted within four days - very happy with the service, price and helpful staff.

I ordered a bed on line. Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect one. Within one hour of emailing I received a reply confirming it wasn't a problem and tge order was amended. First class customer service. I ordered on Sunday 26th November received a text message Monday 27th November confirming delivery on 28th November

Really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing I would of definitely not gone through with my order, my daughters first bed that still hasn't arrived I’ve had no emails I’ve tried to send emails they have been returned as the email address do not exist apparently I’ve tried to call the depot and can not get through to anybody the same as the delivery drivers number I got sent gos straight to voicemail, absolutely terrible customer service and care !!!

If I’m being honest I paid £300 for a bed that I has to reinforce because the structure is flimsy so I wouldn’t buy from these again delivery come late and a part damaged

Still waiting on them to deliver I had to contact them to find out when they were going to deliver lack of communication

Absolutely mind blowing, can’t believe how quick and fast from ordering it Saturday afternoon to it being delivered at 8.15 Wednesday morning, totally amazing and to top it off the bed is just perfect and beautiful, solid wood lovely fabric and my daughter is absolutely over the moon with it. Totally amazing service and product and would definitely recommend and return when needed. Thank you

Delivery of bed and mattress was A1 was told a day and a time and if this day was suitable great communication

Imported basic bed-boxes are badly staple-gunned with your material colour choice...
Badly stretched on corners, with material left hanging & sharp un-even staples everywhere. Not even castor wheels, but cheap plastic glides (to ruin your carpet). Also, the draws are not wood but thin hardboard.
Got no help carrying the bed into the lift - the driver refused and I was stuck with a double bed in the lobby.
Pay a bit more, and Buy From Better People.

I can not trust this company unfortunately, I keep asking to send my receipt, but between 34 emails they keep telling lie for a month. I don't know why.
The communication was very poor after purchase.
The bed and mattress were good, but the driver asked me to carry them to third floor by steps at the front door otherwise he won't delivery. I am sure I checked that they delivery to my flat door.
I didn't want to rate low but I can't recommend this company, it cause lots of stress.

Good value divan base and headboard. Delivery time from ordering to delivery was very good.

I was sceptical as the price is so low but thought well with a small deposit (mine was £10) and COD if they don't turn up its no big deal. They did turn up...early infact....06:30. The bed is fab, bit tricky to put together (but probably cos I've never had to do it before) I have just messaged again to see if they do bunk beds/trundles.
This company is fabulous and I would recommend to everyone
