I was surprised it came in a battered box and was worried however when I opened it was fine. Well wrapped in double plastic. I suffer from sore hips and Backache.i usually toss and turn all night. I couldn’t believe how comfortable it was no tossing and no aches or pains. I slept all night and have done every night since. It is comfortable the sides are a little softer than my last mattress but it not a problem.It was £629 to buy but to get a great nights sleep worth every penny from my pension. Delivery was straight forward and the delivery guy put in in my bedroom for me. I did think it would be difficult for me to get on the bed but I’m in my seventies and I manage fine on my own. Try it you won’t get a better nights sleep.

and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. Excellent quality mattress and price.

Delivered slightly late but not the end of the world. Mattress so far has been comfortable, particularly more for my wife than myself but that’s no reflection on the mattress. I have an ongoing bad back now for over a year so regardless of what bed I have, it isn’t going to solve the problem anytime soon. Having said that I’m hoping overtime it will improve my sleep regardless of my back issue. It’s definitely a lot more comfortable than my previous mattress which we had for around 13 years so I felt a change was necessary. Still getting used to the pillows but I think all will be good once I’ve given my body and particularly my back time to adjust to the new mattress and pillows.

Really comfy mattress. Only had a month but so far so good .Reasonably priced compared to other competitors. Would definitely recommend.

I hadn’t even heard of DreamCloud before I brought my first mattress. After making lots of comparisons between all the various options I decided to try DreamCload. I can honestly say the good reviews helped me make up my mind. I found the whole experience was smooth and hassle free. The communication and delivery were great and most importantly so was the mattress. So good in fact we now have 2 and I would happily buy another.

I purchased the dreamcloud hybrid king-size bed. The delivery of the bed was faultless. They were on time, efficient and communicative with myself at all times. The bed at first (after allowing the mattress to air properly) was a bit too firm for my wife and as for me I found it more comfortable than our last one. As time has moved on the mattress has become more comfortable and my wife loves it. I still get some back and shoulder pain in the morning but not to the extent previous to having the mattress. So at present so far so good . Will place another review further down the line.

A dream is what this mattress is! When I first sat on it I thought oh no this is gonna be too soft. But I was wrong it’s perfect. Great sleep every night

Fantastic delivery and price for the hybrid mattress. My only regret is not purchasing this sooner, it’s worth every penny! Myself and my partner are side sleepers and this mattress is so comfy. Lying down is pure bliss!

Arrived on time paid extra to have mattress delivered to upstairs bedroom.
Delivery people would not take old mattress downstairs ( company policy) not useful when you are elderly. Obviously if you need help getting the new mattress upstairs you also need help getting the old one down!

We are very pleased with our DreamCloud mattress. It is very supportive and provides firm support while feeling soft and comforting at the same time. The memory foam is warm and we will have to reduce the quilt Tog in the summer months, but that’s a small price to pay. Good value and the delivery service was excellent along with the customer services from DreamCloud. Highly recommended.

The mattress is excellent but the delivery was rubbish. I took time off work to accept the delivery and it was delayed for the first three attempts with a different excuse each time (traffic congestion, family emergency and lastly a stock error). Finally on the fourth day attempt it was delivered.

Well made and very sturdy excellent mattress compared to all my previous memory foam mattresses, there's no comparison it feels superior to anything ive had before

What a great service from a fantastic company. Unfortunately the mattress purchased was uncomfortable for my wife. I found it very comfortable but you need to find a mattress you both can sleep on. The service received is second to none. Had to return the mattress with no issue at all

Really comfort mattress, great service. Would highly recommend and will get another dream cloud for my spare bed when it needs replacing.

Amazing mattress , we went for the luxury hybrid super king and it’ really is amazing. No stiff necks and achey backs. Purchased after reading the reviews and comparing prices to the likes of simba and Emma mattress who wanted nearly £2500 for a super king.
Also purchased the pillows which are just as amazing

Really happy would definitely recommend
