The bed was as described and good quality, easy to assemble.
The bed was delivered by Lukas and his communication with estimated times of arrival was spot on, really appreciated these txt updates.

Great product & service
This is my first order from Dream Home Store, and I’ve been very impressed. Poor communication
After asking for change of delivery date and the company agreeing this they then did not deliver. After I contacted them and complained they said their delivery van had broken down. My daughter was left for 4 days sleeping on a floor. They didn’t contact me it was me contacting them. Very poor communication. The product is however a decent made bed and the delivery driver was polite and sent tracking throughout the day.

I ordered a 3-door wardrobe and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The quality of the furniture is amazing – it's very sturdy, well-made, and looks great once assembled.
The delivery was very quick and arrived exactly on time as promised, which made the whole experience even better.
A special thanks to the delivery driver, Lukas, who was incredibly helpful and kind. He went above and beyond by helping carry the furniture upstairs, which was greatly appreciated.

Ordered a single ottoman bed absolutely fantastic took me 1.5 hours to build on my own struggled closing the ottoman but I just had to watch a couple video's on YouTube and it was sorted. Family are already ordering I will 100% be placing more orders when the ottoman bed is want is back in stock i could choose the delivery day which was amazing and the delivery driver Lukas was absolutely amazing friendly and delivered to my hallway even though I do have a few steps overall 10/10 on the product/service and the delivery driver Thank you
