Easy to order, I was kept updated throughout the process, depatch to delivery.
I was provided with tracking info so I could see where the driver was at any given time.
The delivery driver Leo was polite, friendly and delivered my parcel with care, which is a bit rare these days. I very much appreciated his assistance placing it into my porch.

DHS have been excellent from start to end. The delivery came within two days (excellent) and Shiva who delivered my items phoned me twice to keep me updated on his arrival which was great. Very friendly, very efficient service all round. Would definitely recommend.

The chair was promptly delivered
The chair was promptly delivered.
It is a reasonably priced item.
After being used for 5 months the gas lift started to fail. I contacted the manufacturer who promptly replaced the faulty item.
At all times they kept in contact by email explaining the actions being taken.
