I've had this site for a couple of months now and today out the blue after a text message saying I had free spins I tried to log in to find my account locked with a message saying I closed it! I go on chat to a very rude person who would not listen to me kept saying I self excluded it years ago even though I never even had it then! He basically said he was going to end the chat as he can't help me! It all seems a bit suspicious to me. 0stars scammed me of money let me deposit £40 but didn’t let me play says pending self exclusion but I never opted to self exclude, have emailed them multiple times and never had a response, my live chat on the website does not work either, this issue has been going on for nearly a week now, I login daily to try and withdraw my funds but gives me the same error message and to contact them, my balance has dropped today without me being able to play

I’d like to add another review, when you close your account because you know the sites a scam they will accuse you of needing to stop gambling. Very poor customer service Colin should be the man’s version of Karen. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this site use your money elsewhere where you are valued as a customer. Basically closed my account for me good riddance. The rest of the reviews say it all

Absolute scam of a site. How can you pay no win on 20 consecutive spins, to give me the scatter to pay me 20p... The 2 stars is for good game selection. Other than that it's extremely difficult to win anything on this casino. Scatters during gameplay is non existent. There are far better casinos out there. Wouldn't really recommend this casino
