Should have read the reviews first. I received the 4 tops. 2 were smaller than advertised and 1 didn't match the description so I did what they suggested in regards to returning the "money back guarantee " items. Nope...6 emails and 2 months later I have never heard from anyone. And because I went through Klarna, I can't dispute the payment...there are tons of companies who sell Wicked clothing, should have done my research. Be careful if you involve yourself with this company...and the clothing is cheap looking and feeling. $100 gone like the wind.

Worst company ever. I saw this company on Facebook and so I assumed it was legit. Well Noooooo. The Wicked sweatshirt was not as described and 3 times too small. I ordered a size up and I couldn’t even get my head thru. Also it’s not embroidered. It’s a poor quality print. It takes forever to get ahold of anyone and to do an “easy refund” they want you to ship it back which will cost over $60.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I ordered 2 wicked sweatshirts and they took forever to come in and when they did, they were the ugliest cheapest shirts and looked nothing like the photos. I've tried for weeks to return them for a refund. Finally ended up having to file a claim thru PayPal which didn't help because they finally agreed to a full refund of $51 but they are making me ship them back to China which is a min of $150 to ship. Their website says, "easy returns, money back guarantee, and customer satisfaction "...none of these are true statements and you can't get anyone to respond from the company! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!!

I had ordered Gray Wicked t-shirts with the song titles on. What I received was black t-shirts that just say Wicked. After several attempts no one has gotten back to me. I would like the gray ones and offered to return the black ones several times with no answer. Look for a better more reputable company

NOT EMBROIDERED. Only a picture of an embroidered word Wicked. Low quality polyester. Stitching in some areas is doubled.
Ordered December 14 and finally arrived via USPS Jan 2.
I highly suggest you do not purchase anything, however, if you do. Sizes run small.
Giving company 2 stars because shirt did arrive and receive an emailed response when asked where my order was in the system.

Just finally received my order. Double whammy. Not only was it super late but what a rip. It says embroidered sweatshirt. Lol its all printed. Cheap cheap cheap. Dont buy from this company. Even the colors are ugly. Then theiy return policy is a hoit. You pay to ship it back and then they charge you for returning it. Never fall for this again!!!!!! Beware’!!!!

Wicked shirts are horrible. Mis-spelled and not embroidered. Customer service is non-existent for refunds or questions.

Honestly what a brand! Amazing quality to next level story telling and visuals! If you are a cool person you need to hop on this brand

Wow! I am so impressed with the quality of every single piece of clothing. The attention to detail is unmatched. LOVE the secret zip in the hoodie too!
