I purchased a nice umbrella--or so I thought. It had a small hole near the tip of one of the ribs. I contacted Umbrella Heaven TWICE without receiving the simple courtesy of reply. I am British by birth and am old enough to remember when shopkeepers were generally very polite and valued their customers.

Today is Monday, I ordered an umbrella last Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery. Wasn't dispatched until Friday and now seems lost in the Evri hub as it hasn't moved since Friday. Now here is the rub, cannot contact them via the customer service e-mail address on the e-mail advice that I received, they do not answer the phone, it just goes to voicemail, and they don't respond to e-mails on the info e-mail that they give on the website. Certainly wouldn't recommend them and it looks like a long struggle to get my money back via my credit card company.

Rob was incredibly friendly and couldn't have been more helpful helpful when I had a last minute request.

Ordered umbrellas from Umbrella Heaven through Amazon. The umbrellas arrived on time and were of decent quality. They are a fairly unusual colour that I can't get elsewhere. I would buy from them again.

I ordered three umbrellas, they are all beautiful and arrived very quickly. One is a replacement for an umbrella purchased about ten years ago, the opening mechanism has improved and the next was because I liked it and it was in the sale but the third was because it is absolutely gorgeous

Needed some printed promotional umbrellas for an event. Umbrella heaven made the whole process so easy and cost effective. Rob advised on our options, sent us a visual proof to check and turned the order round in very short order. Very happy with the end result and we shall definitely be ordering again

I tried to find an umbrella that I had lost and originally baught at a beach on a outdoor market. I searched the web for quite some time before I finally found it on umbrella heaven. The website is okay to nice and the customer service helped me track my order for I was unsure how long it would take with a long weekend inbetween. It arrived fairly fast after that point. I did have to pay some customers fee on parcel arrival, but it's so worth it to have my beloved umbrella back. Customer service was very nice as well and answered fast. So a big recommendation from me, especially when you try to find unique umbrellas that you won't get elsewhere.

Awful. Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a parasol as I was travelling to Egypt many years ago now. I wanted to submit a review at the time, however the company didn't allow you to do this at the time.
As I am about to travel again to a hot country, I just thought I would see if this company still exists .
I'm so shocked they actually do.
The products are poor and when you dare to complain, they argue with you.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to, to write this review. Astonished they are still open for business.

We ordered 4 umbrellas, 2 black and 2 yellow. We got 1 bent black umbrella (cheap shipping packaging), and 3 black umbrellas.

The company decided they didn’t have yellow umbrellas to fulfill the other half of our order.

Avoid.

Bought a fishing umbrella a month ago and was initially pleased with the product, however with persistent rain or heavy showers the umbrella leaks in several places and one of the struts has now broken free.
Poor quality and shoddy workmanship

Spent nearly 200 quid on an African fabric parasol, looks nice but the workmanship is far from good for the price, worth about 50 quid at best, after sales not great, look on ebay and you'll find a better quality one for 75 quid!

Very good selection of products. Good information about the products. Easy to order and a quick delivery.
