The quality is amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The scrunchies are an absolute staple accessory for me.

Sleep mask is comfy but expensive for what it is, and took a very long time to arrive. The velcro fastening & larger size are no more effective than the previous smaller style with an elasticated strap.

Order two Pillowcases, didnt recieve the box. just came in a plastic bag the pillow cases were just sat in. Usually comes with a box and a leaflet with the benefits as ive purchased before. This time I purchased for a friend. I reached out asking for a box and leaflet, got shipped to me first class BUT THEN, i got a leaflet through my door saying the person that sent the item hasnt put a stamp on so I have to pay £3.50 to recieve the item?!! The item I was meant to recieve with my original order. Contacted them, no response, had to pay additional for something I was meant to get with my order.

I ordered an eye mask set but only received a part of the set. I contacted the seller and they said they would need a bit of time to see what had occurred but I had to chase them for a response. They said the fault was with the listing not giving options.

I said that I would like to receive what was advertised and they said they sent out another eye mask. I was quoted 7-10 days to receive the item but it was the 11th day where I received a Yunchi branded eye mask which is £8.99 on Ebay and £12.99 on Amazon so unsure if this was their supplier or if this is one of their eye masks.

I purchased from them previously as they stated their eye masks have a life time warranty but they don't clearly advise that this doesn't cover the elastic on the eye mask which is the first thing to go with them. Won't be buying here again.

I have email for over a month now and NO ONE has responded. I ordered two silk pillowcases and the color was ABSOLUTELY wrong. I emailed customer service on September 9th and again on September 16th. I would appreciate it if someone responds to my request to initiate a return and full refund. Frustrated by this whole ordeal.

Placed an order and it was marked at shipped, I was given a tracking number that didn't exist. No parcel arrived and no replies to my messages. Faire stepped in and sorted this refund for me.

Please avoid this company. Their customer service is dreadful. I returned 2 pillowcases for replacement on 11 March and I'm still waiting! Now having to raise a case with my bank as PayPal were useless.

Bought as a birthday gift for my Mum, she absolutely loves it. Insane quality, overall great brand with a lovely experience from start to finish. Thank you dreamsilk!

Have a few now. Really love the quality and size. The feeling of silk against your skin is just lovely. Great price too.
