I want to warn everyone about using this casinos all White Hat Gaming. I’ve been waiting 6 days for my withdrawal, and I still haven’t received my money. Customer support can’t provide any specific information, and every conversation ends with the same response - “Your withdrawal is processing.”

I am shocked by the lack of professionalism and transparency. Reading other reviews on Trustpilot, I see that I’m not the only one facing this issue. This casino seems untrustworthy and unprofessional.

If you don’t want to lose your money and your nerves, I advise you to stay away from this place. There are better and more trustworthy online casinos that respect their players and pay out winnings on time

Two wins since I joined last week. Both paid out within the time frame of 48 hours so no issues with receiving payments. Would have given 5 stars if payouts were quicker.

Played for a while with no issues, maybe 2 years, it’s always been a bit hit & miss with the wins, withdrawals once I used trustly were generally pretty quick, didn’t like the fact £20 was the min deposit,but still played often,
Until a few weeks ago…. my account was closed by dream, I contacted C/S who said they were just doing some account checks, & I’d get an email when done, weeks later still no email & account is still locked!
I believe this is due to me making a complaint to their sister site Casimba, - I’d won some money & after days & days of chasing them for it & getting nowhere, I started the complaints process, this was sorted after a bit of two & throw, but that account was also closed! Absolutely ridiculous that they can just do this, if I was money laundering or doing something illegal I’d understand, but I’d done nothing wrong, quite annoying really,
Just out of principal & because I don’t think this is fair to its players, I will be putting another complaint in, only this time I’m going to go to the gambling commission, they can’t be allowed to do this to people so frustrating!
So just a little word of advice, please don’t sign up to this site, chances are they will screw you over, I was always the one that said to others when I seen a bad review, “ive always been ok” & now look! Definitely plenty other sites that have better customer service,

Rubbish withdrawal times made to wait up to 48 hours just a complete joke, as always they take the money immediately but then say it takes 2 days to send it back which is a nonsense. Fact is money transfers take seconds

dreamvegas like all reviews have changed a lot my friend deposited £40 had a little play but decided to take out £37 so effectively cancelled the cash bonus he got along side his deposit ,all of a sudden he was under review after withdrawing what was left ,after three attempts on chat and constantly being told he had been sent an email and to refer to that he told them it was causing him stress anxiety because all he wanted was his money back ,on that note they have banned him from theres and sister sites as they feel he has a gambling problem ???? after the latest chat he was told it will be sent for review and he will receive his payment ?? when he asked how long will that take the answer was they dont no ??? absolutely disgraceful customer service ,surely they shouldnt be allowed to take deposits until all checks have been done avoid like the plague

It’s been 5days now since I submitted withdrawal and still pushing me and saying to reply on an email I did not have issues with them before but now they are just not fair

I've won and had money into my bankaccount from dream Vegas. Few things - upload documents first. Don't take a joining bonus unless you only will bet £5 stakes.
They can't refund to your card, so require proof of your bank account. I had a lot of emails chasing them, and it took a while but they've now paid (using a faster payment, so within minutes from being approved).
Everyone on chat is helpful.
I've played Starburst and have £4.2k back (put about £2.5k in). So returns are good.
Get verified first and expect a bit of a wait if not. Yet, it's legit and although I was worried at first, they paid.

Honest player. Took ages to get a win but managed to get 7k profit and nearly a max win in eye of panda. Deposited 1000 in total over 2 days to get this win and also got a 2600x win which shows the games are genuine rtp. Withdrew and did take a while but 4K is in my bank and waiting for the rest. Very bad site keeping my money from me has been going on for 3 weeks now do not use this site they only good for taking your money when your try taking some out they want all the documents of you in the world and then ask for them all over again! They only do bank transfers. The day i withdrew my money their ecashout was down so they had to do it manually . You can only do bank transfers no e transfers( first red flag ) . They keep telling me they sent my winnings yet it’s not in my account and my bank has no transaction from these scammers. They keep saying we sent it …. Ok so where is it ? They are refusing to tell me exact details where it was sent

At the end of it … they had manually entered my bank information wrong . I had to wait almost 2 weeks for my money. Clearly I self excluded and won’t ever go back

Requested a withdrawal. Apparently couldn't be sent back to my card??? Asked for additional banking info. Sent it into them, didn't hear anything for a few days. Went on live support and they said it will take 24-48 hours to be reviewed. Day 3 came and they still hadn't emailed me with an update so I went on live chat again and asked. They literally said "whats the urgency?" No urgency pal but you're not doing what was promised. Now I'm on day 9 and still no update. I'm just being told to wait. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

I don't know how people would give this site a good review. This is the only site that withdrawals take ages before you get your money. Most sites takes minutes. But this site takes at least 48 hours to review. Then you'll have to wait again for the money to come in.

This is is the best one out. People give it 1 star because they are bad losers who can’t control their spending habits and the only thing they can do is cry and write a bad review. The bonuses are just and fair anyone who is saying “they ain’t giving my money” Is because they spent their cash and used bonus funds and are now confused on why they can’t withdraw. People really think a BIG company cares about the little £200 pounds. They have bettors who spin £10 £20 a pop why do they care about your £200 withdrawal unless you have done somthing against their guidelines. Signed up & deposited only £30, it gave me £30 bonus funds also. Upon playing it said my £30 cash would be used first, I ended up winning £370 with my £30 cash, cashed out which has been under review for a few days now. To then receive a email to say I have been suspended from bonuses & promotions and this applied to all there partnered companies. Not sure why as the most I betted was £2 a spin. Not sure if I will receive my winnings or not? I will give it another 2 days and then will be contacting gambling commissions. Not sure why I’ve been suspended when I haven’t done anything but deposit & play with my £30 , won’t be using this site again as the wait time for withdrawal is ridiculous and seeing all the other reviews I’m not the only one to have issues getting my winnings
