Zero customer service
Ordered a Christmas tree stand and it supposedly got lost in transit, chased Dreibach and was told to wait 3 days for them to update me. It’s not 7 days later and haven’t still received the item or any updates from them.
Just ridiculous!!

Refuse to cancel and charge to return on Amazon
Dreibach sells through Amazon. On their own website it says 'free returns within 14 days'. Not true. They charge for returns. They will also not allow you to cancel an order within 30 minutes of making it. Amazon messed up my xmas present order (not deliverable until 2026 apparently) Dreibach was the only company that refused to cancel and then charged me to return.

Shower of Chumps Who Seem to be Prone to 'Exaggeration'
Shower of chumps who write what they like about the product's arrival. 'Arriving tomorrow' they say, so I take a day off and they've LIED! It arrives a day later because it's not even got to the courier.
Not only that... their online contact form is dinosaurial in that it will ONLY accept an 07 telephone number and no other; they do NOT realise that phones like mine (01239) have been transferred to my wi-fi router: no longer landline but STILL VALID; maggots. Move into the 21st century.

Dishonest Company
I would actually not give this company any stars but unfortunately you have to give a minimum of 1.
I purchased 3 sets of suitcases (3 per set) via this company through a friend. Whilst using them for the first time for my holiday in May 2025, four out of the 9 were damaged and cannot be used again. I reached out to the company but they did not want to know. I will never order anything from this company again as they and their products are extremely unreliable.
