Great service
I have a multi tool 395 for about 10 years, I used it to build motorcycles and loads of other jobs, rencetly bought the speedclic system for it, and then the switch packed in. So contacted them through Facebook messenger, they were very helpful, told me I'd need a new switch at a cost to me, fair enough as I'd had the tool for years. I couldn't afford to get it fix so I left it there. Later I got a phone call from them and they offered to send me the part I needed for free. Wow.. I wasn't expecting that.... well done dremel/Bosch. Fantastic, thank you
Great company
Eighteen months after purchase my Dremel 3000 packed in. Something internal had overheated and burnt out (I was told later). I phoned the service centre. They sent a van to pick up the tool. Fixed it and returned it with an apology. No charge. Do companies like this still exist or was this a one off? Brilliant service.
