Shocking service, Drench don’t care about you
Delivery was 2 days late, and included the incorrect items. Got a big apology from drench acknowledging issue and that the plumber was now waiting to start due to their error. Items then didn’t arrive as promised 3 days later, with courier cancelling at last minute. Now drench say 2 more days until delivery

Delivery was an absolute joke - beware!
I ordered a large shower screen. Whilst going through the ordering process there was lots of information about how it would be a Standard Fragile Delivery (XL) by specialist couriers, could pick a day of my choice and I'd be sent a 2 hour delivery slot. There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on the page when I was placing the order saying that it was kerbside only.
The delivery has just arrived, the item weighs 85 kg and it is actually SCREWED into a giant wooden pallet. I am a single woman in the house by myself and the whole thing is now sitting outside until I can find both some tools and some helpful neighbours to assist.
I phoned customer services and was told that it was in their small print in the general delivery section of their website (I haven't checked) and that it was on the confirmation email sent to acknowledge my order (it was, but who reads the small print on automatic emails once they have already placed an order). Surely this should be flagged UP FRONT when they are listing how delivery will work. It is much more critical than the fact that I'll be sent a 2 hour delivery window.
Neither the driver nor the lady on customer services were helpful in any way, they just wanted to get rid of me. Her only suggestion was that I post a review... well here it is!! Absolutely shocking.
And now I have an expensive shower screen sitting in a cardboard box, inside a pallet in the street until I can sort it. Let's hope it doesn't rain and that no-one steals it.
