Lovely environment and staff were really helpful

Really lovely experience. Very relaxed and no pressure. This was the 4th prom dress shop we’d been to and we got the dress!!!

I ordered some bridesmaids dresses that were on sale online, (assumed they were end-of-line, about to be discontinued) and what I received were dresses that were literally falling apart and unwearable. The material on the sleeves and skirts had snags, and the stitching had come loose in some places. I emailed the same day to let them know, as it says to do so on the website, and never got a reply! Went ahead and returned everything using their returns portal. They did not refund delivery cost. Complete waste of my time, and I can't understand why they would waste their own time packing and posting what were obviously faulty items?

We had the most wonderful experience. Alex was brilliant and helped my daughter pick her dream dress !
The whole team were lovely. Would highly recommend.

I posted a review on the 17th of October 2025 about the amazing service I received from Debbie at Dress 2 Party in Glasgow. I still stand by all I said however since writing the review I have found out something that has been very upsetting for me and something I think other potential customers should be aware of. The dress I purchased has feathers on it which I specifically asked about as I would not want them to be real, I was told they were not real (not by Debbie but by another member of staff) so of course I went ahead and purchased the dress. However I saw a top in a clothes shop with the same feathers and when I looked the label said they were of animal origin. So I sent an email to Dress 2 Party and was told they were real Ostrich feathers!!! I was absolutely disgusted that not only had I been given the wrong information but that in this day and age we are still using these poor birds feathers when there are so many alternatives available. They haven’t even had the decency to reply to my email!

Great selection of dresses and sizes (18 needed). Very helpful lady at the London store - she asked about event type and gave good advice. I was a late walk-in and it was nearly closing time but I didn't feel hurried. The dress was fabulous, slight alteration needed (hem shorten) but details and recommendtion given for someon who could do a one day turnaround. Great shop. Had assumed it was just small sizes... not the case.

We had the best experience shopping for my bridesmaids dresses. They were delivered very quickly and came nicely packed. The dresses are perfect and exactly what we wanted, they are the best quality and look so beautiful!

The staff were great, plenty to choose from and all dresses come in all sizes from the smallest to plus size minimum a 22. My only complaint is that there are no price tags which I feel put pressure on parents as the teens are trying on dresses and how do you say no to their dream dress after they have found the perfect dress! We have had a great prom experience 💞

We just had our London store appointment lovely costumer service nice dresses our prom sorted. Also the promise the same dress wont be sold for the same school are amazing. Thank you for the patience and the support to choose the best prom dress for her

Super friendly staff and they were incredibly patient! An enormous selection of beautiful dresses to choose from too.

My daughter and I had a great time choosing her Prom dress. There were so many beautiful designs and the staff were absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable and really friendly. I will definitely be coming back when my youngest daughter is looking for her dress.

I feel like the staff went out of their way to understand who my daughter is and what makes her unique so they could find her the perfect prom dress. There were lots of varying styles and colours so I'd be surprised if any young person couldn't find their perfect dress from the selections on offer. Being asked if she was saying 'yes to the dress' was just an extra bit of magic to make it a day she will never forget.

The staff were great, very encouraging. Not pressuring at all. Giving light feedback e.g. if the dress washed me out, didn't suit, I didn't look happy in it. The whole experience was just magical and I said yes to the dress!!

Absolutely amazing service, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Made my daughter’s dream come true with her dress.
