I don’t have much word to express how happy I am with my dress I bought from dresslink. I was in search of an elegant yet modern dress that looked classy and gorgeous. I'm usually not a big fan of shopping. And I have had so many bad experiences shopping online, with products being delivered that are usually never what I order.
But with this site, my experience so far has been really remarkable. I can't think of any other word to describe it. The prices are very reasonable. The offers are really good. And whether it's clothes, shoes or bags that you want to buy they are of good quality. The selection is also very good.The items are very very trendy.
Something I find hard with online shopping is that you have to go to specific sites to buy specific items. But DressLink is a one stop shop, because you not only get the usual clothes/shoes/handbags combo but also makeup and accessories as well.

I like buying clothes from them, they have one of a kind and really beautiful clothes, and I always find what I want, and I am really pleased with the products when I get it. It’s not the first time I order from here, and I know I can trust them now. I wasn't sure at the beginning because I didn’t knew if they were trustworthy or not, but feel comfortable now to order from them. They weren't the best in the beginning, had issues, (small ones but still issues) but eventually improved a lot and fixed their issues. Although they improved from their first days, ‘choosing the size’ problem is still there; it's not really a big problem but you must be careful when you order. I ordered recently a skirt and I expected to be tight on me but fortunately it’s the right size and I can wear it with no problem. It shipped to me quite quickly so they also have an acceptable, if I can say, shipping time. Long story short, I think there’s still place for improvement but I, for one, will definitely still buy from them as they are now. I can honestly say they are worth your time and money.

I ordred 3 bags 3 months ago, I didn't receive anything and I contacted them many many times and even in the shipment status it says "Still On Delivery"

Everytime I contact them they don't care, sometimes they say go check you post office while the shipment status is still on delivery, sometimes they say we shipped it out and that's it, sometimes they say we need 10 days to investigate and never reply back.
I have all the emails and replies from them, and yet they don't care or reply me back anymore.

I asked for a full refund to order the bags from somewhere else, they still didn't reply me back.

Don't buy from them.

Recently I purchased Women’s Anti-Skidding Snow Boots with Flat Bottom and Cross Body Shoulder bags from DressLink. I received those items to my residential place exactly as per the scheduled date. The bag and shoe which I ordered was the same which is shown on their official site, however, I purchased Anti-Skidding snow boot with the wrong size. I was worried about what to do? After reading the return policy offered by Dresslink I ping them briefly about my situation, they responded immediately and conveyed me as they will accept under the unconditional return policy within 15 days of purchase. As I requested them on the same day of my deliver, they accept my return and requested to follow certain protocol which is usual to do for returning goods.
I was pretty happy as I saved my money from purchasing wrong product. After successful return, I once again purchase the product ‘Anti-Skidding Snow Boots’ but this time with the right size that suits my foot. I really appreciate the quick response from the customer care unit of Dresslink rather than wasting any time, owing to that, I able to overcome my fault. I just buy a jacket from Dresslink, the quality of jacket is killer. Before you search through all of the other reviews, this one major thing understand - the jacket is super insulated. Wind is no competition for this jacket. Your face may be freezing cold, your hands may be on the edge of frostbite, but your chest will be nice and warm.
With that said, I’m going to make this review short and sweet. The jacket overall, as I said, is well insulated. 10 degrees with wind couldn't penetrate this jacket. The jacket overall looks and feels built well. Solid gold-colored zipper with an external cover so wind nor water can get into the zipper. Inside is nicely insulated, nice materials no loose threads or anything of concern.
Will absolutely buy again.
