Received a nice reply from dress outlet which is still ridiculous it was a little positive spin on 5 days to get "an authorization" to return a dress and not actually return. Even threw in Covid sanitizing but Covid should lengthen return times and not shorten them.
Perhaps take into consideration half your customers are on diets trying to fit into a beautiful dress such as the Jovani one I got and although I fit into mine, the dress through the shoulders was one piece and too big. No seamstress would have altered it as it would be unsightly.
Bottom line 5 days for authorization to return or return period is a money maker for you and you don't care about the clientele who want to utilize your outlet prices to be beautiful for their event. My theory is treat me nice and I'll do anything for you -even get a different dress from your site because I chose your company over a lot of different ones. But I'll never use your site again and will warn as many as I can that you're all about the money.
