2 lifetime licenses for nothing :(
I bought 2 lifetime licenses for WhatsApp Transfer and General one - not even one is working. Trying since 3 days, it starting to back-up immediately from 76% and after few minutes- backup has error, please try again! I checked everything - space on my Mac, reinstall the program- nothing helped. I do not recommend Wondershare at all! When I wrote an Email - AI assistant answered, so no chance to get a real support here too.

The software did not work
The software did not work, the technical support could not help me, and instead of refunding (and apologizing or something) they decided I should try 4th time to make super extra sure it does not work before issuing a refund (they really did not want to make that refund).
EDIT 18/5/2026: they never contacted me and as expected refused the refund and sent the following sentence (whilst asking for me to reformat my whole phone for moving whatsapp): "Please note that submitting this information is not intended to hinder the refund process but is for internal records and product optimization. We promise to prioritize the review of your refund application and will proceed with processing as soon as verification is complete."

It's a very excellent program!!
