Update: Wondershare processed my refund, and I have now received the amount back through the original payment method.
The case is resolved, and I appreciate that the company eventually handled the refund.
However, I still believe the refund process could have been clearer and easier. At first, I felt that the refund was made unnecessarily difficult, and it took additional follow-up before the issue was properly resolved.

Purchased to unlock Samsung
I purchased this application in order to get into a Samsung Galaxy phone that was locked. The user had passed away and left no information and there were no relatives found. No friends had any information about the phone. I wanted to get into the phone to see if I could find any contacts of relatives or friends. I was not successful because apparently in order to unlock the phone, the phone had to be previously put into developer mode and then USB debugging needed to be turned on. This was not made clear before purchasing. I tried to use the AI interface for assistance, but it repeatedly told me to do things that were impossible with a locked screen. This was so annoying. Once I knew that this software would not work for me, I decided to cancel the trial. There were no humans available only AI. When I tried to cancel the trial, the AI software fought with me which I believe is illegal. Overall not a good experience.
In response to your reply - I find it impossible to get to any humans - I tried repeatedly to cancel and sent several email requests to confirm my cancelation. No response was received. In my opinion, your site is deceptive and fraudulent. I'm sorry you do not agree with my opinion. I have already requested a full refund through Paypal because I could not reach any humans at your site. I do not think my review should depend on your opinion and I do not expect this review to be taken down based on your opinion.

Dr Fone (MaC) - MAC cloud Activation Unlocker
I purchased the software, to wipe clean my own iPad which had an activation lock, and the SW did not work for me. Upon investigations I was informed the SW would not work if the iPad has no OS loaded. This is the case as I wiped the iPad in preparation for a sale. This condition was highlighted to me via their Customer Care Bot, once I requested a full refund.
In summary, Wondershare would not support my request for a refund, which was surprising as I had only purchased and used the software within the same day & hour, and seeing that the SW did not work I requested a refund immediately, to which they have refused.
In this situation, I have not been offered any cooling off period and I cannot understand why my Consumer Rights Act 2015 is not adhered to. The fact the SW will not work on devices with no OS was not made clear to me upon purchase or I would not have completed the transaction. In this situation the SW is not Fit for purpose, and a completed waste of $35.94, that I have spent.

Waste of money
Waste of money. I bought Dr.Fone Full Toolkit expecting iCloud Activation Lock removal but i tried like more than 100 times but it dint work and i tried for FRP on andriod phone and same thing it dint work.. just make fool and scaming people for money.. please dont buy any for the product of wondershare Dr.Fone. still regreti bought this service
