Worst service I´ve ever dealt with
I genuinely despise this app. I spent 3 hours to backup and factory reset my phone to get around the worst issue that I´ve ever dealt with on my Iphone and needed a program to selectively restore parts of my backup without sending me back to another AppleID which I didn´t have the password to like Itunes was doing. Dr.Fone advertised itself as a free app to fix this issue to I downloaded it, spent 90 minutes selecting everything I needed as to not restore any mention of the aforementioned AppleID just for it to throw all of it behind a paywall the moment I pressed restore. It wouldn´t have been a problem if it was upwards of 20 bucks but it´s 50 dollars with a 3 day "Free subscription" that is advertised as a trial to try out the service. Screw Wondershare and Screw Dr.Fone

Dr.fone is a scam
First of all I've purchased the wrong version of the product and they refused to refund the order, even though I've purchased the correct one afterwards. But yet they refused saying "Not comply with refund policy".
I've appealed again stating that I've already purchased the correct version of the product and I'm still waiting for a response.
Their customer service, is non existent. You cannot reach them by any means, and you will be at their mercy to respond to your request. Their live chat will always say that there's no active agents at the moment no matter what time you try.
And you cant even submit a ticket, each time you try reaching out to support you will be directed to the same dumb AI Chat bot, which doesn't even function properly.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Dr.Fone Is A Scam
Dr.Fone has been one of the most frustrating software purchases I’ve ever made. The software simply did NOT work as advertised, yet the bigger problem started when I requested a refund.
Instead of honoring their refund policy, they make it almost impossible to actually get your money back. You can’t reach a real live person anywhere, no proper phone support, no direct customer service, just endless automated emails from random support agents asking for “log files” over and over again.
Even after repeatedly explaining that I no longer want troubleshooting and simply want a refund, they keep trying to force the product on me instead of processing the refund request. It honestly feels like a deliberate tactic to delay or avoid refunding customers.
The support experience is exhausting, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. A company confident in its product shouldn’t make customers jump through hoops just to get their money back when the software fails to work.
I would strongly advise people to think twice before purchasing Dr.Fone.
