Not fully sealed
The last two orders each contained one pack truffles that was not fully sealed anymore and we had to throw away cause the truffles were moldy

No effect whatsoever

The order arrived... that's where the positives end.
I really wanted to be leaving a good review, it is hard finding a good supplier to get truffles to the UK so I was very much hoping this would work so I can order more.
The delivery was slightly delayed but nothing major, unfortunately the issue was with the product, I ordered 15g of dragon dynamite. I consumed the full 15g and felt absolutely nothing. Zero effects at all.
When I was emailing thema bout my delivery they were emailing straight back, since I have emailed them to say the product didn't work I have have had no reply.
I was hoping everything would be perfect, I haven't had mushrooms/truffles for a few years and was very excited for another trip. Unfortunately it wasn't to be, Dr growkit don't seem to want to replace the truffles so I now begin my search for a new supplier.

In my opinion, the store is worth recommending, they have a wide selection of very good quality products. Very nice and helpful customer service, in case of any problems, easy communication and quick resolution of the matter. The truffles I ordered didn't work and DRGROWKIT sent me two truffles instead. After 5 weeks of waiting for my goods…
After 5 weeks of waiting for my goods I've contacted twice those guys and nothing, no reply to my emails just pure ignorance m I'm not interested even to ask them for refund to avoid another disappointment, let them have it. I'm done with this shop!
