The DPD link emailed to me when I ordered didn’t work to track but I emailed customer service and it turned out it wasn’t their fault, there was an international outage for DPD. I was nervous having read other reviews, but the parcel arrived via DPD ten days after I ordered and the material is lovely and the correct length. Very happy!

Ik heb al enkele keren feilloos producten besteld aan een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De levering gebeurde vrij snel naar België met een track en trace link. Deze keer hadden ze per ongeluk een item geleverd waarvan de lengte veel korter was dan besteld en betaald. Dit heb ik gemeld via hun contactformulier met de bijhorende verduidelijkende foto's en dit werd netjes zeer snel gecorrigeerd en juist en gratis nagestuurd.
Handig zou zijn als ze ook een rubriek 'ecologisch' en apart nog 'natuurlijk' hebben. Zo zou sneller selecteren op non-synthetisch en duurzaamheid beter lukken. Dat kost nu best veel tijd.

In the past I have placed a few orders with a great price-quality ratio which were executed and delivered perfectly. Delivery to Belgium happened pretty quickly with a track and trace link. This last time they accidently delivered less in length than I had ordered and payed for a certain item. I notified them about it using their webform with my relevant clarifying pictures. This resulted in a really fast correction and second free delivery.
It would be useful if they also had a section 'ecologic' and separately one assigned 'natural'. That would make it easier to quickly select by non-synthetic and durable characteristics. Now it takes quite a long time to efficiently scan for these items.
