I placed an order and downloaded the order confirmation. However, I never received a confirmation email. I tried to contact them twice via email but they don't reply.

Everything went well!
I was a little concerned about the reviews and the very slow shipping some customers experienced, however my order came to the Netherlands in 5 days, they replied to my e-mails when I asked about shipping information and the things I ordered are good quality and neatly packaged. Thanks! :)

3 stars because the fabrics are very pretty, and you can tell they make an effort for sustainability, which is crucial for our dying planet...
However despite all the negative reviews they already got saying the same thing (non existent CRM) they still don't ship on time at all (according to their own predictions). I can understand they still haven't managed to organize themselves with good deliveries (even tho it's weird), but why don't they at least inform the customer about the delivery delays themselves? They just leave you hanging there without a word. My order nr is 15682217, where is it?

Also, it is simply impossible to communicate with them nor knowing any sort of email. I wanted to ask them a question about wholesale MOQs, but it's impossible to get in touch. How can I do so?

I made an order on 5/06 and after almost a month, I haven't received anything. They can't tell me when my order will get shipped.

Shop has a good selection of fabrics however customer service is not existing. After ordering and paying for materials I have never received any confirmation of it.
I tired to reach out via phone - it does not work. I filled in the online request and only after few days I received a notification that they will check what happened. Noone followed up on it either. 2 stars only because I received a package in the end but with such bad experience I am not planing to order again.

Good quality. The product i did ordered was absolutely the same as how it was shown on the photos.

I got the product at home fast.

Great stock of fabrics, always have what I'm looking for. I have tried nearer suppliers but always come back as I'm always so pleased with the products. Super handy label on each piece. Very happy with this company.

Order #15144846 placed on 15JAN22 never arrived! After taking the money, they didn't even send a track-and-trace reference. Only mentioned that the order would arrive between 21JAN & 24JAN. Luckily, it was just samples!

Good choice on the website but delivery via courier chronically slow. The supplier informed me that it had no influence over the courier. So sad, blame somebody else. Other webshops manage to delivery swiftly by (another}) courier

I am happy with their products and the time of delivery. Sometimes it will be helpful to have a better description of their products.

The address on the package has been send to wrong country (France iso Belgium) and is undeliverable since July 29th (today August 7th). De delivery service cannot change the address and am still waiting for an answer from the customerservice of stoffen.net.
It is a stupid little mistake between the information I provide and the information that has been put in the shipper's system, it should not be hard to solve.
I am very disappointed in the customer's helpline.

Beautiful fabrics

I was looking to make a raincoat and it was easy to search the site to find the perfect fabric. The delivery then only took a few days, I also found the necessary waterproof seam tape to finish it off.

I emailed the company to let them know my package didn't arrive because the delivery company told me to.

Never heard anything.

DO NOT BUY HERE.

Been ordering a lot here for mi private but also buziness, I never have been disappointed, fabric is always nicely cut, always proper quality, I really recomand that shop.

I received the wrong fabric and no one is responding to my messages. I've reached out to customer service three times without a response. I've been waiting for 10 days now which I find ridiculously long. I won't be ordering again.
