Good price for fabrics, quality is questionable
Why am I saying that about the quality? Because metallic stretch imitatie leer bruin came in a kind of bad quality in my opinion. The other materials that we ordered were all fine, but honestly, just this metallic one ruined the whole vibe, because I was waiting for it for a long time. Speaking about waiting, the delivery is not the fastest as well
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED…
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM!!!! I MEAN THIS SO GENUINELY !! They will lose your package , not keep you in the loop and then blame it on other companies in order to make it seem like the blame is not on you. I have asked for my money back on the phone about 3 seperate times , always to be given some answer about another company. They tell me they will call when they get the package , which they do NOT. I had to call to tell them to send me either my package or my money , and the customer support lady tells me it’s been sat around for 2 days with nothing happening. She then continues to blame the errors and what’s happening on me , WHEN I PUT ALL MY ADDRESSES IN CORRECTLY and they sent it to the wrong number , ON ME SAYING THAT I PROBABLY DID IT WRONG. I got very annoyed by the way they handled everything and asked to speak to a manager who ONLY helped when I started to yell. In the end he was turned hostile because I was mad at the way I had been treated ! Only when I got mad did he say he will cancel my order and send me my money finally. Horrible experience , do not order here
No communication what so ever
I orderd patterns a while back. Apparantly they need to come from the UK. That's fine, and I don't mind waiting the time that is on the website. Even if it takes a bit longer no issue, as long as they communicate so we as customer know what is happening. So far it has been almost 4 weeks, no communication from their side, only when you call you get some information. No compensation for the long wait, no you can cancel the products if needed... If I did not needed them, I would not have ordered them. It is okay if I have to wait a bit more, and it is out of your control, but communicate with your customers... Please..
EDIT: After they read this review, they canceled my order.... Please take this into account when leaving a review. As stated in my review I still needed the products, and they canceld because their conclusion was that they could not deliver what I expected.
EDIT 2: After them calling me a liar.
We had phone contact yes, but initiated from me. Not by them. Twice. No e-mails had reached me with information, just radio silence from their side. So like stated in the original, only when I called, I got information. The cancelation of the order is something that really surprised me, as I said in the phone calls (yes after canceling I called again) I stated I still needed the products.

i order some sewing pattern from this company , paid for it, i suppose to received on the 28 of may, i did not get it , on the 29 of may they say i got the goods, i did mot received it. i call the company on the 30th of may, the lady told me i should go and ask the neighbours, which one? i case i have to go to house to house asking them if they have my goods, she was not friendly, she could not let me speak may be because am not dutch, i have no idea. she even hung up on me, when i call back again they refused to pick up the phone, . by the way this is not the first time i lost my package before and they do nothing.. am done with them,

Really nice shop and fast delivery. I ordered some fabric and some needles. They are nice quality. I also ordered some fabric samples and they are soooo cutee.
The website is nice but it's only in dutch, so I had to translate everything, but at least I learnt some new dutch words :)

Poor customer support and spoke to…
Poor customer support.
I ordered July 3rd and only received a call Friday 7th that there is an error with my order. The website mentioned my order would be dispatched the same day.
I just received another call from them 11th July as they only ever want to discuss things over the phone, and they are also never clear with what the problem is. They mentioned there are some stains on the fabric and I mentioned I no longer want the product. They said it’s not possible to cancel this fabric (even though it’s damaged) because the stain is only very small. But I’m unsure what information you need from my side if the fabric is damaged & if I asked to cancel the damaged fabric/meters.
I mentioned this order is of a high value and there website mentions you will receive your order within 1-2 business days, and the response from the agent was; well I'm spending a lot of my personal time handling your order myself.
As this order has been pending for some time, I’d like to receive some help so I can receive the items. Thanks!

Fine but took awhile
Product exactly as described. However, it did take significantly longer to arrive than predicted and communication about the delay not very informative. Fortunately, I didn't have any time constraint on my project.
