No response after wrong item delivered
Ordered two bottles from the EU store. The package arrived containing only a small cap from another customer’s order, none of what I paid for.
I have sent four emails over a couple of a weeks. Zero response. No acknowledgement, no apology, no resolution.
Mistakes in fulfillment happen, but ignoring a customer who paid in full and received the wrong item is not acceptable. Filing a chargeback now.
