WARNING DODGY OPERATOR
WARNING DODGY OPERATOR; Entirely unacceptable customer service. I ordered two bottles both of which I paid for, only to be asked to revoke my order. Clearly, they made a mistake on the pricing, which, if someone there had been honest about I would have accepted, however, I was lied to not once, but twice.
I was told they were out of stock yet when I ordered there were still 5 left advertised. Then, when it came to the final bottle they promised would be sent, they wrote to me and told me that someone had dropped and broken the bottle, the bottle comes in quite an elaborate packaging so I doubt if dropped it would have broken. I was out of pocket this whole time, who knows what they did with my money whilst they had it, only to be given the return a few days later. I would not suggest purchasing anything from this company unless you want to made to feel like a mug. So much for customer service.
