Ordered 5 boxes of mojito after eights. Received a shipping confirmation email to say they been shipped with Royal Mail. 6 days later, still no mints so I emailed them about it. Get a phone call from a guy 2 mins later who tells me they never had them and were never sent. He said they’d give me a refund but nothing so far today and as I don’t entirely trust them to do it I opened a PayPal case.

Extremely disappointed
Ordered as a leaving present, it took 8 days to arrive (after the person had already left), despite me paying £5.99 for delivery.
The hamper is a horrible shade of blue and not the dark grey as pictured and the goods inside were battered.
Utterly disappointed and would not use this company again.
