Bad service and delivery
I placed an order on the 28th July and am still waiting. I have phoned and phoned and been promised fa call back, today I have been waiting an hour, Monday I waited 5 hours and had to call back. They keep telling me things that simply aren't true. Promised delivery today and the parcel isn't even in the local depot. Will never use them again or recommend them

First order ..disappointed
First order that I have placed with this company and was disappointed to receive my first order smashed with no alcohol in the bottle! Was sent via Royal mail with no marking on the package to indicate that it was fragile or to handle with care...very surprised if this company as it deals mainly with bottles and fragile items.
As tracked was told when I phoned the company that I had to accept the package and then report via email with photos...what a performance. They then sent a replacement that took another week to arrive via DHL (unmarked van actually delivered). Don't think I would order again
