There is no life time warranty, my bracelet broke like it was nothing, they say it takes force but a baby could bend these if they wanted to, but even the gemstone was missing horrible quality better off looking for a other jewelry site or a real jeweler, dont waste ur money here, i got a coupon code of 50% discount to buy the same bracelet not even any other bracelet only that one really dissapointed 🤷🏻♂️

Do not buy UNLESS you are 100% sure about the size and lucky enough not to receive a defect item. Because the return is VERY expensive and at your charge.
They also charge a "tax" so you don't even have the full refund
I kept the ring because it's beautiful BUT after 2 days I had redness and my finger was sore ! The surface isn't smooth ans scratches my 2 fingers close to it
Really waste of money for something that expensive it's really bad quality.

Ordered on the 19th of juli
Ordered on the 19th of juli, still didn’t get my package, they did send me 1 email back saying they didn’t have my bracelet in stock and it’s at the jeweler bla bla en they need to wait for it to arrive at the warehouse in 1/2 weeks and then i get my track and trace.
There compensation is a 10,- discount code that i’m never gonna use anyway.
Maybe if the customer service would respond in time making the customer not feeling scammed. The extra delivery time wich was next day delivery btw…
Is not really a problem.
Maybe hire some qualified people or change your way of doing things, i hope i get my piece anyway.
