Drippy Amsterdam is not your regular jewelry shop. This became clear on the fast delivery. The packaging, the presentation and the quality of the jewelry! Had ordered a 7inch clover bracelet, however it was to small unfortunately. No problem for Drippy! They immediately reached out to me and gave my all the options for return. Kept me in the loop on what to do and the customer service/ response time is simple next level. So people have no fear Drippy Amsterdam is here! 10/10.

I'm not sure how long it's taking to…

I'm not sure how long it's taking to issue one with a delivery or tracking number to a product I ordered over a week ago.

The case of the mysterious jewelry

I placed an order for 2 rings on Christmas Day for my wife (we are celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversay this year). After making payment, I received a confirmation email of the order and all was going SO well.
The day after (26th Dec) I received an email with "A Shipment From Order #9719 is on the way", I thought great and as I had requested expedited shipping I should receive these quite quickly even with the festive period.
I clicked on the tracking email - no tracking numbers or even anything in the loaded page that confirmed the order was shipped - so I reached out on the email address provided (info (at) drippy.amsterdam) and was assured by "Joyce" who confirmed that the order was fulfilled on the 26th December but it looks like there is missing some tracking details. They said that they would escalate this to their team to track down that information and they'll get back to me as soon as possible.
2 days later, no update so I reached out again as a follow up. I received a further email from "Joyce" who thanked me for following up on my order and escalated it again to their team to check the status of the order. "Rest assured, we'll keep an eye on it and do or best to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible"
4 days later, no further updates so I reached out again... no response on email
A further 3 days later (9th Jan 25), I thought I would reach out via a DM on their Instagram page to see if I could get a response - nothing at all.
Today 10th Jan 25, no response still received so I reached out again and have still had no response.
I am beginning to think that this is potentially a scam and will be seeking advice from my bank to see what we could do

Tennis chains losing their diamonds after 4 months …

After 4 months or less of daily wearing, the tennis chain already lost a diamond and even while wearing it very carefully and not exposing it to water or else. Very disappointed. It shines, it hurts the neck when you first wear it and irritates it. but hey, the look still great and all that so i gave them 2/5 stars. And support doesn’t give you real solutions neither so yeah i don’t recommend, looks like dropshipping.

Edit : We found a solution, there’s a warranty on your items. They sent me another one completely brand new to replace the old one.
Quick and easy solution very glad we ended this matter that way.

Slow proces of return/ response of customer service

My girlfriend bought me the: MOISSANIET ETERNITY X RING - WITGOUD but I noticed that there was a stone missing from the ring and the ring had a more oval shape. We already put out a return for a smaller sized ring before we saw the flaws. So we shipped back the ring doing everything correctly with all the needing information but it’s kind of hard getting response or an update on the situation of what the next step is. Already reached out to customer services but the response time isn’t that fast what I understand ofc but it is kind of frustrating because I really liked the ring because my girlfriend gave it to me. Also the the package already had been delivered to the facility but when I check on the return page for the tracking details there it says that the tracking number is not findable which is weird. So my question is what to do now ?

DO NOT BUY - SCAM

bought a chain as a gift, it broke only a month after without using any force or nothing, simply poor quality. Horrible costumer service, said it is not included in the lifetime warranty and that nothing can be done. Don't waste your money on their products. Lifetime warranty is a scam.

What made my experience great was the…

What made my experience great was the fact that they replied pretty quick and provided me with a fast service and a solution to my problem and got my new product coming in hot. Their loyal to their customers and to their product backing up the promised lifetime warranty I had my products a lil over 3 years now (2021) and this is the first time I had to lean in my warranty(11-2024) I'm absolutely amazed how smooth and well the communication was between us. I know it's hard to trust a web shop but mannnn glad I did. Seems there are still good people and companies in the world that are willing to help the people and not just take from them. But I really can't describe in words how wonderful the service was other then I would advice everybody to buy something then brake it so u could experience the great support that I've witnessed I know crazy right. I don't know who these people are and what they look like but I got nothing but love for them and wish them nothing but more success with what they are doing. On god this is my honest opinion and experience they did not pay me or anything to give this review that being said

Broken bracelet

I love Drippy Amsterdam. Their jewelry is fabulous. I don’t know a greater shop than them. The jewelry shines and it’s not too pricey. You get what you pay for, and it even looks more beautiful in real life. I have recommended Drippy to many of my friends. Not so longtime ago, I had a Tennisboy bracelet, then one of the stones had fell out, and I only had it for a year. But then I reached out to Drippy on email, and they replied after ONE day. They helped me, and I got a store credit for the value of my broken bracelet🙏🏻🙏🏻 I haven’t received it yet, but it’s on it’s way.

Can only recommend!

The customer service is really helpful and forthcoming! Unfortunately, I‘ve had 2 rings loose a stone but my issue was always solved! I received a coupon code each to make up for the broken ring. They answer fast and polite!
Only 4 stars because both rings had a malfunction, but it is possible that I got a bad batch. Will definitely repurchase!
