I ordered an item and it never arrived
I ordered an item and it never arrived, I sent an email asking why the item wasn't moving and their response was to contact the shipping company so I did and the shipping company replied that they had the shipping label ordered but they never received the item that was supposed to be sent. So at the end I had to make a complain to the method I used to pay for the item so they didn't release the payment and after that Drippy was offering me store credit as a refund which I declined. I think the customer service was poor and the fact that they just didn't handle the item to the shipping company was careless and if I didn't contact the shipping company I would have lost more time and my money.

disappointing customer service
Unfortunately, their customer service department is not very responsive. I have not received two shipments and requested a refund but needless to say the refund is not being processed and I’m not seeing any activity from their customer service department. Very disappointing having to chase my credit card company to chase them.

I love the designs
I love the designs, and I was very pleased with my order. However, I tried the chain and the pendant on the day I got it in the mail. I then hung it up on a mannequin, and when i woke up, the chain had snapped. Unfortunately, I couldn't return it nor get a new chain

The customer service was excellent! I bought a moissanite bracelet and whenever it touches light it shines so crazy. Well the size was a little too big and when i sent an email i got a response the same day about sending me a different sizs. Just perfect, the customer service and the product!

Sorry, bought 4 times the tennis arm chain. 4 time lost because of the way it open himself when you where it and your sleeve push it open.
4 times 70 euro is a lot of money.. but I really like the chain so the looks are great but it hurts when you love the product but it gets loss every single time..
