Order went smooth. Some waiting time, probably drop ship lead time. Article also good but wrong size. Now to refund. They recieved the article almost a month ago ( signed confirmation of post ) but still they did not refund ( site states within 5 working days ) … everytime they claim backlog after holiday. I can understand this yes, but 1 month ?!?! Be wary i would say

Three months after buying the tennis bracelet one of the stones fell without any knock or fall. The worst part is that the company says it’s due to normal use so it’s not covered for the warranty. 3 months of normal use is what they give you…

I've ordered from Drippy once before. The first time I ordered a gold braided bracelet for my boyfriend for Valentinesday. He has worn it since and the condition is just as new. The quality is outstanding, just as the honeycomb bracelet I order for him for this christmas and the tennis bracelet he ordered for me as a present as well.
If you order from Drippy you will get a ver good piece of jewellery, beautifull quality, with nice finishes, a real eye-cather.
Their customer service is also good. They reply fast to your questions and offer sincere help.
The shipping is also pretty fast. Wich brings me to the packiging. This really is the icing on the cake, the finishes are so pretty. Really something you can give as a present to someone special or just for yourself, wich is just as important ;)
Overall I am very satisfied with Drippy and I highly recommend this jewellery brand if you want good price-quality ratio!

There was a small scratch on it, but after contacting support it was resolved immediately. Handled perfectly.

From order to delivery, everything was perfect.
The package arrived well protected, and the product is exactly as shown in the photos on the website.
I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Gave it to my girlfriend, and now she wants the matching necklace too. I think I started something.

I ordered a pendant, earrings and a bracelet. The pendant already came with a broken necklace so I had to switch to my own one, the bracelet broke 2 weeks after ordering, not to mention that delivery took more than 10 days. I emailed explaining what's the issue, all they keep doing is asking for more details even tho I provided pics and was hoping they will offer to send a replacement or a refund, but they keep asking for feedback on their customer service - which is equally as terrible. Jewelry isn't that quality for the price they put, as well as their "lifetime warranty" very poor customer service to avoid the obvious that they sent faulty pieces to begin with. Do not order from here if you want to get disappointed.

Didn’t expect the weight to feel this solid. It’s got that *real* feel to it.

I saw an ad for this cross a long time ago, back in 2021, but unfortunately, I couldn't buy it then. Then I lost track of that store, and recently I saw an ad on Instagram, and I finally bought it. This is the best cross. A wonderful store, I will recommend it to everyone I know. This is my first purchase from this store, but not my last.

I get stopped in the street asking where I got it. Never had that happen before.

I purchased a Drippy Amsterdam Cuban necklace that comes with a publicly advertised Lifetime Warranty. The item includes an official Lifetime Guarantee card, and the warranty is promoted as covering defects in craftsmanship and plating.
After normal wear, the plating began to peel in several areas, revealing reddish discoloration underneath. This is clearly a material or plating defect and falls directly within the scope of the advertised warranty.
Despite providing clear photos of the defect and the official guarantee card, my warranty claim was ultimately refused because I was unable to provide original order details (order number, email, name, address). These requirements are not stated anywhere in the publicly available warranty terms.
Customer support confirmed that without being able to trace the original order in their system, they will not even assess the warranty claim — effectively rendering the Lifetime Guarantee and guarantee card meaningless if purchase data is unavailable (e.g. second-hand purchases or lost receipts).
The communication was polite, but the outcome contradicts the way the Lifetime Warranty is advertised and raises serious concerns about transparency and consumer expectations.
I hope Drippy Amsterdam reconsiders how its Lifetime Warranty is applied in practice.

My bracelet broke less than two weeks after delivery. Customer support denied my warranty claim by looking at a photo and claiming 'external pressure' (I was just taking off my jacket).
They refused a refund or replacement and only offered store credit. This violates Dutch consumer law regarding the burden of proof in the first year. Great marketing, terrible product durability and support.

No lie, this piece looks way more expensive than it is. People think I spent a fortune.
Very fast service and good quality! I will place an new order ❤️🔥
