AVOID! I've been waiting 3 hours until they told me they don't have cars anymore... Choose any company but them!

Just be aware what you thinking! This is not good company! They have pretty faces, and later they charge like scams and crocked people! They not even give you an explanation in any form!

Price was 250€. 1 month after the rent (everything went well), they charged me an additionnal 87€ without any associated email/mail/call.
And i couldn't join them to understand why.
They just don't answer at their after sales number

They accused me of damaging the car I rented. I didn't notice the damage when I was picking up the car because it was down under the car, barely visible, but I'm sure that it was already there, because I would certainly notice if I did that damage, and it is impossible that someone else did it while the car was parked.

They charged me additional 280,40 euros for that!!

So, that is obviously their business model. Renting cars with barely noticeable damages, and then taking money from people who don't notice them - I saw that also in other reviews, before I started writing this one.

It's a pure Mafia company.
first 135 euros to change the name of the rental contract, then 20 euros to hand over the car prematurely and now they want more money, without wanting to disclose how much it is.
for they the card they hand out is very incorrect and misleading, we talk to someone who work in area and said we were the right place.
so to stop this madness, we have had to block all our cards. stay away from that company

Criminals!
For 20min delay, they charged a full extra day plus a penalty of 120€!
Absolutely uncooperative, rude, the worst service I have ever experienced!
My invoice went from 150€ to 400€!

Rentiz contacted us very quick, suggesting a refund on "penalty" as well as negotiating about the second day.
I will update this post as soon as the issues is solved...

I rent a mini truck ( 6m3) .
On line reservation and handing over the car was easy.
The client service is active and responsiv.
The car was sound and safe and clean.
I am satisfied with them.

Non existant client service
I hired a van from this company and sent an email 2 days after the hire had started (and during working hours) to extend the days.
No reply....so I telephoned their customer service line on a Tuesday but no answer (I called around 15 times during the day )
The next day I got through to what could only be described as a jobsworth..I explained the difficulty getting through to them on the line but I was informed that I would pay a penalty and a highly increased rental value because I had extended the duration.
This is completely unlike any other hire company i have ever dealt with in France ! Most go out of their way to give you a better deal for a hire extension.
I am an experienced vehicle hirer , this year alone I have had 3 months in total .
This is without a doubt the most penny pinching, company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.

A company to be avoided in extremis !
