fast and easy booking

almost missed our flight!
We have waited for almost 1 hour for the transfer. After several check-ins at the desk, the employee told us the shuttle would arrive in 5 minutes. We kept asking this question every 5 minutes. The shuttle came after a 50minute wait!
We didn't want to risk missing our flight and together with other passengers, we ordered an Uber drive.
We were just in time, if we didn't have the reflex to order an uber.
We had our child with us, which made everything very stressful.
I asked for a refund of my uber ride, they won't refund it, because they claim the shuttle was there within 30 minutes, which is BS!

Disaster
Negativ, I called the call centre and they answer inquiries about existing bookings only via email. Why bother and have a call centre team then!!

Was very very bad service
Vers very very bad service.
Only poesible to book parking With 4 persons. They charge 10 ekstra Pr person. The staf only speak german.

Recommend! Would book again! Was a bit unsure when I booked
Was a bit unsure when I booked, but the service was exactly what I expected. Shuttle towards the airport was waiting when i arrived. Had to wait 10 min when I flew back. Would definetly book again!

No space despite booking 3 months in advance
We booked a spot at this parking place 3 months in advance. However when we arrived there was not a single spot left. There were at least 10 cars already parked outside the parking spaces, narrowing the lines. When we discussed this with the people working there that day they didn't really come up with a solution. They tried to convince us to park outside the spaces as well, even though we we're goign on holiday for 3,5 weeks. We had to come up with our own solution.
In addition the driver on the way back was not communicating at all.

Did not recieve a QR code then you cannot enter or leave the parking. And I missed my flight, so had to get the car back and cancel the reservation, not sure I'll get money back.

The shuttle drivers does not care
On my return the drive&park shuttle service was already standing outside the airport. The driver would not let me in even thought the shuttle was almost fully empty. Instead he drove off and had me wait another 20min for the next shuttle. Not what you want when you arrive late a Thursday night and every minutes count to get home…
