Good and fast shuttle
Friendly drivers

Best price I could find, compared to others . Relaxed drive and close to airport ( 10 min max ).

Only thing I came with 6 people and u can only select 4 people per car, a good option is the change that in your booking program and let guest pay additional fee for it then it would be 100% for us.

Good and fast customer service with nice response and solutions ( we delayed like 5 days and that’s was taken care of well )

My recent experience with Drive and parks car park and airport shuttle service was highly disappointing. Despite their promises of efficiency, the shuttle had me waiting for an unbearable two hours on three separate occasions. Each time I called for an update, I was told they were just "ten minutes away," which turned out to be a blatant lie. The staff's dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism only added to my frustration. Additionally, the poorly maintained car park and inadequate security measures left me feeling uneasy. I strongly advise against using their services unless you're willing to endure unnecessary stress and disappointment. Seek alternatives that prioritize reliability and customer satisfaction.

Shuttle available as described (also with respect to timing). Had to look a long time for a parking spot, but found one eventually. Oversized neighboring car was occupying more than its own lot (even though there were xl lots, many of them were occupied by really small cars), thereby significantly reducing the available space in the empty spot.

We came from the north of the Netherlands and the car journey to Dusseldörf was very relaxed. The car park was quite easy to find, there was plenty of space for the car, the car park was full spotlighted which felt safe and the bus drivers were very friendly and clear on how we would get back to the bus after our journey.

My car was at a save place and everything was arranged very good. No problems with checking in and out. Good drop of and pick up with the van. If contact with the vandriver was nessacery it was quickly arranged.

The ride to the airport was fine, but the pick up was dissapointing. Waited for 50min at the airport. Called 3 times with the driver. The bus was full and could not carry more people 2 times, while on the phone the guy promised to pick us up in 20min. Was disappointing to again wait so long after a long trip. The drivers responded agitated and not friendly, one even got in to a little (verbal) fight with another customer.

No service.
We parked with 1 car and six persons (children) included. The driver did NOT transport us to the aiport!
The driver speaks only german and was not friendly. There were +20 persons waiting for transfer but only 1 van was driving (2nd driver did not show up)
Airport to parking same story. No transport and unfriendly driver.
We will never park here again!!

Everything was as expected on time shuttle and clear guidelines

The driver who picked us up from the airport to the parking location was not calling handfree while driving! So we felt unsafe. This was on Sunday 27-8-2023 about 14:45 h.

if you don't want to come back from your holiday stressed, then you should definitely not book here. bad service and we had to wait 1.5 hours. drivers who just drive away in front of you with 2 passengers and don't wait for anyone. very cheeky drivers and you can load and unload your stuff yourself. you will be dropped off at the gate of your car and check it out

They were nice. The parking spot is very close to the airport. Also fast & save shuttle to the airport.

worst I've booked so far. totally no patience and hasty drivers. if you are with more than 5 people they don't want to take you to your car and then you have to wait for the next bus. the other says exactly the same. and so I had to wait for 5 buses before I was brought with discussions. once upon arrival, the driver also wanted to extort me and indicated that he has received a fine from us and that we must pay immediately upon arrival. scammers

We had to that a taxi back from the AirPort, Because the chauffeur didnt want bring is back. Because we were with 5 people. But from the parking to AirPort it wasn’t a problem.

The service was fine but on the way back, it took a while to pick us up, almost 45 min.

I was happy that my car was all in good shape. I will definetly use next time.

We've booked this way ahead for our holiday. Everything perfect, because it's so easy! The QR code in the email can be used for parking, then you call and you will be picked up.

Easy, simple, so perfect!

No shuttle service after midnight, but I promise... The parking lot was overcrowded and it was almost impossible to leave it by car Absolutely no light, very scary at night
