Good Service
Been using their service twice in Dortmund until now. They were correct on everything and the waiting time is very little. 5-15 minutes probably. Has plenty of parking slots also.

Overall positive experience.
The shuttle to and from from the airport was good, waiting time short, max 15 mins on the return. Just take note of the drop off point as this is also the pick-up point. Staff were polite and helpful. On the way to the airport the shuttle was waiting for us. Location is good. Close to the airport but far enough away to avoid the airport traffic, so no delays in reaching the parking. The parking itself can be a bit tight although I was with a VW T5 van. We were there on a busy weekend so the car park was almost full and not everyone had parked with due care, making a number of spaces unuseable. So it took some time to find a spot, but managed in the end.

Long transfer waiting time
It was clear that the available capacity of the transfer was not aligned with the offer. This resulted in long waiting times and great dissatisfaction. Not having the opportunity to respond to this and communicate clearly about it made it very unpleasant.

Chaotic, unfriendly, unclear
The process and pick up of the shuttle service was a total chaos, the phone number unreachable and we didn’t experience any customer service or friendliness. We will never book again nor recommend this organization to anyone else.
