Pick up was good arranged
Pick up was good arranged. Right after I parked my car I had the drive to the airport. Transport was 8 minutes. Also on my way back to the car, pick up was quickly after calling. Friendly driver. Car was parked in good parkingplace. Only one star less for first let my family ( we're with 5) drop off at the airport. But this was not a big issue, because it was on our way. Good price/quality.

The driver of the shuttle was rude, and not all passenders could drive with the shuttle, only the driver could ride with the shuttle and the rest must wait at AirPort! I will not reserve this parking again!!!

I had to cancel my reservation because…
I had to cancel my reservation because transavia had canceled my flight from 26 April 2023.
I send several emails and even talk to someone on the phone and they told me they would handled it.
But till this day still no repayment for 59 euro.

Good pricing but needs more drivers
Hard to communicate over the phone.
We needed to wait 20 mins to be picked up (the previous van was full). There should be way much more drivers driving to/from airport-parking.
But… the location is amazing, 2 minutes after you are parked (and transferred) and you are at the terminal! Pricing is decent! Easy enter in-exit by showing a qr code.

Access to driver
I had no problems booking, editing and completing my parking. Only improvement area I see is, phone access to the driver when need to be picked up. I couldn't immediately reach to the driver when needed, then called the center was directly helped (which is quite nice).
