Simon and Matt were great at answering my many emails quickly, which is extremely helpful when at work and unable to call!

They organised an extremely competitive deal on a new lease car and I'm very pleased with the service I received!

Only constructive criticism is that I wasn't given an estimate on delivery time for the day I'd choosen (for example am/pm) and no helpful checklist of what to do on receipt of the vehicle (check body for damage etc). Also it would be good to be told about gap insurance, which I didn't get told about until I asked the question. Just some suggestions for future customers who may never have leased a car before.

Disclaimer: I haven't had to hand the car back yet, so can't comment on fees and charges related to this yet.

Very efficient service from Drive. The only slight issue was with the electronic documents - Hitachi Finance have a system that gives you 3 questions to answer before you can access the documents, and this proved to be a little problematic.

I contacted the team at DVL about a new personal contract hire a new Volvo XC60 they were advertising on a lease consolidator site. It couldn’t have been easier. No fees of any kind. Delivered within a month to my door. Documentation clean and easy. Also great lease price. Matthew and Simon were easy and efficient to deal with and responded to queries very quickly.

Bought a Mercedes Glc, superb service, very polite, very responsive to any questions we had. Delivery was easily arranged to suit us and turned up looking nice and clean. Would certainly order another vehicle from them.

The car was delivered in less than 3 weeks from point of enquiry. My local dealers were quoting far in excess of what the VLS boys were, and the lead time on the car was upwards of 3 months.

On time delivery on my new car, in mint condition and with good support from finance. The only issue I had was that we couldn't get the electronic version of the paperwork to work despite many attempts.
