Special thanks to Matthew and Caitlin. From the very beginning of the leasing process when I was initially just exploring the idea of leasing a car for the first time. The team was very helpful with getting me fast quotes and giving advice. After I agreed on a car, the team was constantly in touch with me to keep me informed on what was going on and when I could expect delivery, and they worked very hard to get me a fast delivery date.

I have had a great experience in organising a lease car to be delivered on my specific date.

Both Matthew and Laura have been immensely helpful, it has been an easy experience. One that I thought would be stressful. I now have a great deal and a new car awaiting delivery!!

Matt and Laura provided excellent service. Firstly, very helpful, with quick response, and a seamless, easy process. They always answered my queries quickly and comprehensively, and they did a first class job of managing the admin, so I received the car within 2 weeks. I would recommend this team for all your car leasing needs.

Whilst it must be noted that this review is only written a week after receiving the vehicle, based on all interactions so far I expect no issues whatsoever moving forward!

Excellent service received from all at Drive Vehicle Leasing. I spotted a deal on an Audi A7 late on a Saturday night, which I thought was a mistake, i took my chances and sent an enquiry anyway. Monday morning came round and I received my quote and everything was correct. After a few emails back and forth over the next couple of days, my vehicle had been secured, my finance documents had been accepted and delivery was arranged for my new car. Very fast and professional service, I would highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend. Good polite friendly service. Non pushy and very helpful with answering questions. Did have to chase quite hard for an update on one occasion but when eventually spoke resolved matters quickly and satisfactorily.
Quotation and ordering system was slick and efficient. No chase up calls and didn’t feel like I was being pushed at any stage. Delivery communication was clear and accurate and handover between lease and finance company was nice and smooth. Car received as expected and contact made before and on the day to keep me informed. Would certainly have no hesitation in considering using again in the future.

They did what they said they would do - and I got a deal. I narrowed my choice down to three suppliers and they were the best. And ultimately, despite a short delay, they delivered the car properly and efficiently.

I have never leased a car before but the whole experience i had with Drive Vehicle Leasing has been excellent. Once I had chosen the car, everything was completed pretty quickly.
