Charged £24 to fast track a licence, then charged £89 for a subscription you barely see. They never refund. I called them, and they were adamant they would not refund me. The didn't even allow me the three working days, as the money were taken by Wednesday, but the Monday were a Bank Holiday. The sooner these go bump the better. Stick to Direct. GOV... you have been warned....

This company is nothing other than a scam, I too have been hit with the £89 charge as I didn’t realise at time exactly who they were - my mistake.
ENSURE YOU LOG ONTO ‘WWW.GOV’ SITE TO AVOID USING THEM - I WISH I HAD !!!
I did request a refund under the terms and conditions on their website under the 14 day cooling off period, but all they do is refer back to the 3 day period.
UK law states a 14 day cooling off period for distance selling, please refund my £89 now.
If you have been conned by them ensure you also visit the official ICO page and request what information they hold about you and what they are doing with it, I have and had it confirmed all data deleted, but they didn’t give the information requested - I am in liaising with ICO office as to what to do next.

I have contacted my MP who has advised if you are caught by this company to report to ACTIONFRAUD - www. actionfraud.police.uk/
and also complain to GOOGLE via -

As I had requested cancellation within 14 days of initial request, they have eventually agreed that UK law does give you a 14 day cooling off period, and although they can take the £89 after 3 days they must return the monies if you request cancellation within 14 days.
DO NOT BE PUT OFF BY THEIR 3 DAY FREE PERIOD REPLIES, CANCEL WITHIN 14 DAYS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND.

contact at driving-licence-online.co. uk is a scam site. At no point do the tell you they will take £89.00 on online service. They 1st took £24.00 and to date have not sent me my new drivers license. They then took another 89.00 and claim its for online access. It does not cost £89.00 to renew your driving licence direct with the DVLA. They claim the money is to access their online website. They never tell you they will help themselves to £89.00 from your bank account at any stage of the application. DVLA need to investigate these fraudsters and shut them down.

You can get a REFUND!!
After my 17 year old daughter using this service and being charged the £89, I was told she had ‘accepted the terms of use’ when demanding a refund. Therefore I read the terms and use and under section 6.2 under their terms and conditions for supply of services, you can cancel your contract within 14 days of the subscription fee being taken from your bank, as a consumer this is your right which they fail to tell you about. You just have to write into them and tell them you withdraw from their service WITHIN 14 days, if they email back and say your subscription has been cancelled and you won’t be charged anything further, respond to their email saying as per 6.2 of their terms you are a consumer customer and therefore entitled to a refund!
I did this yesterday, and today my daughter received her £89 back! No apology for the stress they have caused, or for not advising me of this in the first 3 calls to them and the first 6 emails!!

Was slammed an 89 pound charge for "online services" which i never would ever want in a million years.. Only wanted a replacement DL for 20 quid!
Avoid. There is no option to not subcribe and the money is taken from your account on the fourth day, ironically 1 day after the free trial ends.
Anyone victim to this scam report it to your bank , the ombudsan and the police

In the emails I received from them, there was NO MENTION of £89 for a subscription service.
