This website is a scam
This website is a scam. They take money from you for just using their website. I used this site yesterday but managed to cancel my subscription on the same day. I also requested that all my data is removed from their system. Email confirmed that this has been done !! Don’t use this site go straight to DVLA site. Wish I had done that. I have reported this on the NCSC website. Also reported on the action fraud website

My 16 year old thought this was as the way to apply for her provisional licence she now £34 down and they tried to take a further £81 from her account
DO NOT use complete scam
Am extremely worried they now have a minors national insurance number and photo

AS THE PREVIOUS BEWARE
AS THE PREVIOUS: be careful and read the small print before you use this site. They are nothing to do with the DVLA they are offering a service. The license will get to you but it costs £24 for the license and then by clicking the accept button it deducts a £89 subscription charge that appears on your account 3 days later.

Don't even want to give it 1 star
Don't even want to give it 1 star, absolute SCAM, If you want a refund, refer to their own terms and conditions section 6.2 which states you have 14 days to cancel. Got the £89 back but don't know if the driving licence will come through. DO NOT USE, after reading their terms and conditions, they are basically saying they can do what they want!!

BE Warned!!!!!! SCAM
BE Warned!!!!!!
This website is a complete scam. Do not make any transaction on this web.used dvla official website. I have now had to cancel my bank card. However the bank is unable to help me with recovering my £34. This website will charge an initial provisional license fee of £34 and then go off and charge an additional £74. I have now reported this website to the National crime agency. What is worrying me the most is that this company now has an updated passport of my child as well as her national insurance number. Please go on this website and report this scamming website ncsc.gov.uk
So that other families don’t have to lose their money.

Scam ‘company’
Scam ‘company’ - but you can get your money back.
My 16 year old child applied for their provisional licence through this company thinking it was the DVLA. The licence arrived but then the company took £89 out for a ‘subscription service.’
They refused to refund this, claiming that my child agreed to it due to the small print.
Finally achieved a refund by referring to their own terms and conditions - section 6.2 - I recommend everyone else scammed by this company does the same. The consumer credit act gives consumers 14 days to change their mind following purchase of a product. This is the law. Providing you email them within the fourteen days and state that under section 6.2 you wish to exercise your right to change your mind, you should receive a refund.
I do not know what kind of people choose to make their money in this manner, ripping off innocent kids who are just trying to get their licences in the midst of a cost of living crisis. What a shame they can’t think of a better business model than conning people. A difficult lesson learned for my teenager who has now learned that not everyone is honest or decent.

Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. Please don't be fooled but do be aware that they will take an additional £89 from your account if you don't request that the subscription be cancelled. What subscription you say? Exactly. My son applied for his provisional licence through these guys. They're making the snail mail application from DVLA and charging you to for the pleasure. If you apply through www. gov.uk /browse/driving/driving-licences you will be able to do the exact same online application and you should receive a licence within a week. I'm also very concerned that they now have my son's NI number and passport number amongst other personal data plus bank details. I have requested that they delete these details under GDPR - please do the same.

SCAM DO not Trust
SCAM DO not Trust. This is a SCAM they charge you for a provisional license that they didn't apply for £34 and then a subscription of £89 which they took from my account. Now I have to prove that I didn't set up a subscription because they have a legal right to take the money. I see they have also put up fake reviews on Trustpilot.
