This Company illegally took £89 from my account. This money grabbing Company illegally…
This money grabbing Company illegally took £89 from my account without my authority (it was my husband who made the application, not me.) Despite them saying on the 1st. August 2023 and the 9th August 2023 that they would refund the monies and my account would be credited in a few days, nothing has yet been received. I am still persuing the matter. This is a rogue company and I would advise anyone dealing with them to be very aware.
24th August. The monies have now been refunded but I would still advise great caution when dealing with this Company.

Scam website
Luckily I realised it was a scam website before parting with any money. The website is set out to look like an official DVLA website with extra charges cleverly kept away from the main information on the Web pages. Can't believe they are still getting away with what they are doing!

Total rip off,
Complete Scam. I clicked on the link absentmindedly and filled out all the details and was charged £34 for my sons provisional licence. I then noticed on my recent credit card statement an additional £89 payment. I've called my credit card company to cancel my card and dispute this payment as I feel duped by the site. Also the £89 is a 3 monthly recurring subscription fee to use their service, what gall. I didn't even create an account when doing it so can't go back and change this. And I haven't received my son's provisional licence either.

Scam :(
Scam, do not us this company. They do exist and will submit your application. My son applied through this thinking it was a legitimate company as he's inexperienced and clicked the first Govt like DVLA site which appears as the first entry when you type in 'Provisional Driving Licence application' up pops a sponsored link from dalencar.com just above the legitimate DVLA Govt website. This takes you to driving-licence-online.co.uk where they charge you £34 for the licence but here's the catch... three days after applying they charge you another £89 but it doesn't say it anywhere on the website. It was only on discovering the extra payment and trying to mimic and recreate the form process to see what info it displays and clicking on the back screen icon a weird little popup window comes up and gives you this information, it's no where else. The only way you can stop future payments is to cancel via your bank as this is a continuous contract payment so cancelling your card will not help as they can take future payments regardless. Please avoid at all costs, most people may be unaware of this charge or that they can continue to do so even if you cancel your cards.

Felt deceived by this foreign service located in Tallinn, avoid
This is a foreign website located in Tallinn. Avoid, Avoid Avoid. They charge £24 for service that costs £14on the GOV website. Also, you cannot unsubscribe ot thier service as they don't provide login details to allow you to cancel your subscription. They will try and charge £89 ever 3 months, a total con. The only way to avoid the £89 charge is to cancel your debit card.

Avoid this website like the plague
Avoid this website like the plague, it is a total con, and hide their ‘subscription’ service, charged at £89 every 3 months within a myriad of small print. The DVLA and our government also do nothing to stop this rip off website, even though both know about it and indeed has been reported on several national newspapers in both, London, Birmingham and Glasgow. Even trying to contact them is almost impossible and I have had to resort to closing my credit card to avoid further payments. PLEASE, PLEASE don’t fall into the same situation as me. I’m old and thick, so AVOID.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I was recently trying to sort out a provisional driving license for myself. In doing so I had used this third party website, HUGE MISTAKE. This resorted in my father losing £180. This money could have been used for food. As a young adult I unknowingly signed up for this £89/3 months subscription for their services! These people are praying on young and old people alike with their website, hiding hidden fees in small print. I did manage to get into contact and stop the subscription within a few hours of contacting them, but they still could use my fathers information for bad. FOR ANYONE old or young PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did... This was a horrible experience and caused a ripple in my relationship with my father. PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE.
