A scam company

A scam company. Thank goodness for Santander who blocked the c/c payment.
They are out to prey on the elderly who are gullible like me. I've learnt my lesson. Please fellow over 70s do not be fooled like I nearly was.
This scam should not be allowed on search engines.

Scammed like the others

Like the others who have reviewed on this site, I was scammed by this company on Friday the 10th October, 2025.
My bank has given me back the £75 they took from me. Still getting over the shock of how this company operates.

This company pretends to be the DVLA…

This company pretends to be the DVLA and charges extortionate fees. What costs £20 on the genuine government website, they charged my 75 year old husband £80 at a time when he was vulnerable. Absolutely disgusting !!!!!!!!

Unethical company

My elderly father thought he was renewing his licence with the official dvla website using a website address on his renewal letter. He then was charged 65 pounds from this company he didn't know existed and had no intentions of signing on with. No cooling off period or chance to get a refund. Elderly people are vulnerable using the Internet and this company are clearly preying on them.

How is this business still operating

How is this business still operating? Completely ripping customers off with over inflated charges, £75 to renew a license with them or £14 to do this with the DVLA?

It’s unfair, unclear and misleading customers. Why have the FCA not closed this business yet is beyond me!

I went to renew my drivers photo…

I went to renew my drivers photo licence as part of the ten year update programme on the official DVLA site using their log in
It was all going to plan, nothing suspicious until I had paid for my renewal which indicated that a fee of £75 had been taken from my bank account.
Subsequent enquiries with the DVLA - who having checked their systems - advised me that fraud had taken place, then my bank, ditto.
The DVLA are aware of the problem and suggested that Drivingadmin are accessing their system when customers use the 'back button' during the transction, say to ammend details.
However, the DVLA cannot find out how Drivingadmin are doing this.
Drivingadmin then send one an email with links to the DVLA.
The email looks legitimate, but following the links given, there's a brief burst of the real DVLA site which is then replaced by a pale blue page header that is definitely not UKGov sanctioned.
I would respectfully suggest to anyone thinking of renewing their licence under the ten year photo renewal scheme to approach with extreme caution or better still. Visit a local post office and take up the option of renewal there.
It appears that Drivingadmin are a fully realised fraud operation, do not trust them, but how you escape them might be another matter seeing as DVLA don't know where the catch is!
I was fortunate and froze my card once I realised that I'd been scammed, plus, my bank fully refunded me the lost money.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. They popped up at the top of the page when I tried to renew my driving license on line. My email bounced back when I tried to contact them because I did not receive a confirmation from them. Check carefully that you are on the official Gov.uk website if renewing your license.
