Hi There

Hi There,

So let me start off by explaining the entire situation.

I placed an order for black yeezys for my boyfriends Christmas present as he mentioned wanting a pair, with DRKICKZZ on the 1st November but it stated it would take up to 3 weeks to be sourced as the item was not in stock (which was fine as thats two months away from christmas)

I then messaged them on the 6th requesting them to cancel the sourcing process as my partner told me he had just ordered himself a pair of black yeezys, as he did not know I was buying them for his Christmas.

I did not get a reply so messaged again on the 7th and again on the 9th of November.

They advised me they do not do refunds or cancellations as the sourcing process had just began, and they claimed to have already found the shoes and it would be posted to me, which I then advised that he did not say he sourced it or confirmed delivery to details to me so if that's the case when will they get delivered, and i asked for proof which he was unable to provide, he then proceeded to advise they had not arrived with them yet, and would update me on delivery when they had a date.

I then suggested that as they don't do refunds, can they sell them on their website as black yeezys are very popular, so if someone else places a order for them, instead of sourcing another pair for another customer, could they give them mine and refund me and they agreed.

I then chased him on the 1st December, no reply, again on the 2nd, and he advised he was trying to sell it, I then emailed them last Tuesday 8th asking for an update and said I don't see them advertising that they have a pair in stock on their page or website,

On Wednesday 9th Dec I then said just send me the shoes and I will try and sell them myself as I am now out of pocket, and don't have anything to show for it, Christmas is coming up and i have been unable to purchase my boyfriend another present, but no reply.

Again Friday 11th Dec and they agreed they would send me it, but have not.

The entire process has been extremely stressful.

I should have had a 14 days cooling off period when initially ordered and they did not abide to that, and now I don't even have the goods to show for it.

I use klarna a lot for my purchases so that they can assist if any issues like this arise, and they thankfully managed to get me a full refund in the end, but it has taken two months to resolve!

I not recommend anyone doing business with this company given the fact they do not follow consumer protection rights which includes the 14 day cooling off period and the 30 day refund process, neither of which this company does but instead they ignore you and fob you off.

Don't get scammed by these people

Don't get scammed by these people!
They pretend that you win some kind of contest and you can order shoes for free, you just have to pay the transportation fee. However, after payment you will never hear from them again... Not recommendable at all!

Watch out! Scam

You're probably reading this because you won a pair of Yeezy's or Jordans, but you will never receive them though. As said before, they ask you to pay $50 for shipment, but you never hear from them again. Don't let them fool ya!

They are scammers

They are scammers. Don't buy anything from them because you won't get your money back neither your order. All of their giveaways are fake. You pay for shipping and you never hear from them again. They say you will get a confirmation email with a tracking code for your order, but all you get is an email with a receipt and that's all!

Scammers

If you are reading this is because probably you won a Air Jordan 1 Chicago from them. And the most probable is that they are gonna tell you its 50 dllrs for shipping. They are scammers.Just check the date of their first post on dr kicks on Instagram and see how many followers do they have, there's no way a real page could have that amount of followers in so short time. They had another account called Blesskicks and they made a giveaway just like the one of Dr.Kicks and scammed more than 40 people, then erased that account and created this one new. Just check the reviews here on Trustpilot about Blesskicks and see what Im talking about. If you have any doubts about what Im saying DM me on instagram: @_marioluisbravo

looks exactly like Blesskickss scam…

looks exactly like the fake Blesskickss raffle (search for Blesskickss here in trustpilot to see what happened)... their instagram page is structured in the same way, one Yeezy raffle and one Jordan1OW raffle ... probably fake winners that are in the scam... they want you to send a private message where they will answer you that you won the pair, you just have to pay around 50$ shipping.... they will send this private message to dozens to scam for the shipping...
i would be careful, website descriptions look exactly the same... i have screenshots (dm me on IG if you want to see them: nadim.bad )
this instagram page "Drkicks" appeard right after "Blesskickss" disappeared.. the earliest post is just from end of April... its created for scam... i would be careful, dont pay anything except for PayPal with insurance, not family & friends!!! the other positive reviews here could be easily faked because the trustpilot reviews for blesskickss probably destroyed their scam...
